Day 16.
Welcome your body and your breath to your meditation practice.
Please find a comfortable seat and sit with your eyes softly closed.
Tuning in to the rhythm of your breath,
Allowing the sound of your breath to help draw your attention inward and quiet your mind.
With each inhalation downward,
Anchor yourself in to the earth,
Growing even taller through each vertebra.
With each exhalation,
Continue to grow tall as you soften and surrender a little more downward.
Our intention for today is wisdom.
And we'll begin activating the wisdom of our bodies through our attention on the energy centers that traverse the central channel of our bodies.
Starting with Mula,
Dara,
Chakra,
Awareness at the base of your spine.
With every full inhalation,
The pelvic floor descends,
Our roots grow deeper.
And with every exhalation,
We anchor ourselves in that stable place of knowing that our connection to earth is steady.
Our connection to earth supports us always and that we are safe and that all we need to do is to find that familiar feeling of settling.
Bring the grounding cord into the earth,
Feeling how your root system grows wide.
You can even put the help of mantra into that area.
We'll use the help of mantra Om Kri Shri.
We breathe color red in the Mula,
Dara,
Chakra.
Holding stability in our base,
Our inhalation allows us to travel upward now to the second energy center below the navel above the pelvic floor,
The womb space,
Our creativity,
Power.
We breathe into this area,
Freeing ourselves,
Knowing that we can activate at any time more of our inspiration.
Just by breathing and holding that awareness that we are this energy that we're seeking.
It's already who we are.
We just land into it.
We can settle with our breath Om Kri Shri,
Second Chakra,
Color orange.
Om Kri Shri.
We move from that Swadhisthana Chakra to the Manipura,
The center of our belly,
Our navel center.
Color is yellow and like the sun,
Feel an emanation in your very center that understands who you are,
Gives you courage and strength,
Reminds you that you wield in a unique way your creativity and power.
Om Kri Shri,
Third Chakra.
We'll move up to the Anahata Chakra,
Center of our heart,
The heart space of unconditional love.
We can bathe in that emerald green,
That feeling of ease and peace as the heart melts and opens Om Kri Shri.
We breathe in that space in the Anahata of love.
Om Kri Shri.
We move our way up to the throat center,
The Suddha Chakra,
This beautiful blue midpoint between the head and the heart where we sit in our seat of truth.
And we can communicate from that place of balance and awareness and compassion.
Om Kri Shri.
Open that throat center,
Breathe into that space if there's any energy that feels stuck,
Words that we can't express.
Om Kri Shri.
Just visualize the energy center opening,
Spinning front and back.
Om Kri Shri.
We move up to the third eye,
Ajna Chakra,
The seat of our intuitive knowing,
The place of wisdom.
Color purple,
Seat of clairvoyance.
Om Kri Shri.
We soften so that we can feel our truth,
Our knowing with ease.
We rise to the crown,
The thousand-pedaled lotus for a Hasraha Chakra,
Beaming white light pouring out of the crown of our head,
Surrounding our bodies,
Our auric field of light.
Om Kri Shri,
We connect at the highest level to unity consciousness.
Om Kri Shri.
Feeling our connection to the universe,
To each other,
To the wisdom and intelligence that operates all things.
Om Kri Shri.
We sit together in silence.
Om Kri Shri.
We rise to the crown,
The thousand-pedaled lotus for a Hasraha Chakra,
Beaming white light pouring out of our head,
Surrounding our bodies,
Our auric field of light,
Surrounding you you you you Start to deepen the breath and feel body awaken,
Keeping the mind at ease.
And allowing yourself this time right before you finish your meditation practice just to amplify that intention.
To sit with wisdom means to listen a little bit more.
And not be so certain,
But to keep yourself spacious enough to notice.
Let's inhale and reach the arms wide and high.
Hands come together and all the way down to your heart in gratitude.
Recognizing your practice is not only to support you but the benefit of all beings.
Namaste.
