Stress softens when the body has space to breathe again. This short practice guides you into a calm, steady state where stress can release naturally, without force, without pressure, and without needing to solve anything. Through simple breath, awareness, and grounded presence, you’ll reconnect with ease and return to your day feeling clearer and more centered. With gratitude, Josh

Take a slow breath in and let it go.

Let your body settle into this moment,

As if the space around you is widening,

Just enough for you to breathe more freely.

Notice where your body is holding a little extra effort.

Your jaw.

Your shoulders.

Your chest.

The place behind your eyes.

You don't need to change anything,

Just notice.

With your next breath,

Allow a small sense of ease to gather around those places,

Not forcing anything to relax.

Simply giving your body permission to loosen its grip.

Feel your breath moving more gently now.

Feel the weight of your body supported beneath you.

Feel the mind beginning to settle as the body softens.

Stress is simply energy that's been held a little too tightly,

For a little too long.

You're creating the space it needs to unwind.

Take another slow inhale,

And on the exhale,

Let a layer of tension release in its own natural way.

Imagine a warm,

Steady light spreading through your chest and your shoulders,

A quiet warmth that lets everything inside you shift towards ease.

With each breath,

Feel more room opening inside you.

Room for clarity,

Room for calm,

Room for steadiness.

You are here,

You are breathing,

And the stress is loosening.

Take one more slow breath in,

And let the exhale settle through your whole body.

A little more space,

A little more ease,

A little more you.

Carry this steadiness with you as you move forward out into the world.
