Find a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down.

Allow yourself to close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in,

And exhale slowly.

One more deep breath in.

Let your shoulders drop.

Feel yourself arriving fully in this moment.

Bring awareness to your breath.

Notice the steady rhythm,

Flowing in and out.

No need to change it,

Just allowing each breath to come naturally.

With each inhale,

Feel your body receiving.

With each exhale,

Feel a gentle release.

Allow your center to soften.

Allow your mind to quiet.

Simply being,

Here,

Now.

Now bring to mind something you feel grateful for today.

It can be something simple,

A moment of ease,

A kind word,

The warmth of sunlight,

The support of someone you love.

Whatever arises,

Hold it gently in your awareness.

Feel the sense of appreciation expand in your chest.

Let gratitude fill your whole being,

Like a warm glow.

Now imagine this gratitude expanding outward,

Flowing from your center into your body,

Into the space all around you,

Into your day ahead.

Notice how gratitude shifts your energy,

Softening the mind,

Steadying the heart,

Opening you to presence.

Take one more deep breath in.

Exhale slowly.

Let this gratitude anchor within you,

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes softly.

Carry this gratitude with you into the rest of your day,

Into every moment.
