This poem is in honor of one's human journey, cycle of necessity and the "ahness of life". To remember one's essence. To remember love. To accept, to open the eyes of one's heart to the beauty that unfolds within and without, despite of it all.

Where do you live inside your mind?

Where do you live inside your heart?

How do you put yourself together every time you fall apart?

How do you go through a difficult day on your journey of humanness,

Your share of pain?

How do you say hard goodbyes?

How do you find closures inside?

How do you learn to love again?

Where do you live inside your troubles,

Your heartaches and unspoken woes?

How do you step outside of what's comfortable?

Darling,

Tell me,

When you crumble and fumble,

Does it keep you soft and humble?

How do you become invincible from being invisible when nothing is as it seems?

Where do you live inside your dreams?

Where do you live inside your hopes,

Your children,

Your lovers and closed doors?

How do you embrace after meeting face to face with indifference?

How do you become so brave when you've been rejected and been scared?

How do you remain true to your soul promptings when all you've been hearing are opinions and limited viewpoints?

Where do you live inside your forgiveness?

How do you return to love again and again?

How do waves remember to return to the shore?

Where does your love come from?

Is it the same place ocean's water is drawn or the place the sky called its sun?

The stars got the light,

Rainbow its colours and birds their songs.

Is it within or is it without?

Where do you live inside your flaws and your shining strengths?

Where do you live inside your promises,

Your memories and all that becomes anonymous?

Where do you live inside your songs,

Your stories,

Your poems and your art?

Where will you live when you depart?

Is it the same place where love comes from?

Where do you live?
