Thank you for choosing this meditation.
In this meditation we are going to affirm gratitude.
And why do we say affirmations?
We say affirmations to remember the truth of who we are.
To remember what is possible.
To rewire negative thinking.
Affirmations offer inspiration and support in building the capacity to identify and remember to be thankful every day.
Research tells us that something must be repeated seven times to be remembered.
So in this meditation I am going to state some affirmations and then I will repeat them seven times.
And I invite you to repeat them with me either out loud or to yourself.
So let's take a deep breath together.
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from mind.
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from life.
I am grateful for the gifts I received from my.
I am grateful for the gifts I receive from life.

Take a deep breath and let it out.
My heart holds gratitude towards myself,
Others and the greater good.
My heart holds gratitude towards myself,

Deep breath in and let it out.
I am open to receive and give love.
Another deep breath in and let it out.
I release hurts through compassion,
Kindness,
And thankfulness.
