In this course, Heather draws on Christian faith to explain how to establish a healthy relationship with food. Your relationship with food starts in your brain. It’s not what you’re eating but your mind-shaping thoughts and feelings that really count. Has your relationship with food become overly emotional? Over the next 10 days you'll uncover the core emotional stories on your relationship with food and how these have programmed your eating habits, making them feel automatic and impossible to overcome. Heather will help you take back control by taking you back to the source of these stories using simple brain training exercises that will have you rethinking, re-feeling and retraining your brain. Discover how the world around you is influencing your eating decisions and what to do about it, how to understand, forgive and let go of binge, compulsive and overeating behaviours and ultimately free yourself from the emotional binds around your eating story.


Meet your Teacher

For three decades Heather – The Brain Trainer™ battled with her thoughts, feelings and attachments with food. Binges were her Friday night norm and cake for breakfast was standard. Yet, she knew that fighting emotional eating with food, diet plans, nutritionists and coaches wasn’t the answer but instead it was the faulty programming in her mind! Combining powerful neuroscience techniques, speech and language skills and an in-depth understanding of thought energy, Heather set about freeing herself from a sugar addiction and binge eating cycle in a matter of months. I liked this and found it valuable! Love the instructors voice, too!Some new concepts here that I enjoyed learning about. There are several biblical references I wasn’t necessarily expecting (maybe I missed that in the course description) and I appreciate learning from other cultures, beliefs, etc. and some of the quotes were more spiritual /inspirational or similar to other religious themes; if others are sensitive to this, just wanted to mention it.
