Allow yourself to get comfortable,
Finding a position where your body can fully relax.
Once you are settled,
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
And a slow exhale through your mouth.
Do this a couple more times.
Inhale through the nose.
And exhale through your mouth.
Another deep breath in.
Really expanding your chest and your belly.
And a slow exhale,
Releasing with an open mouth.
One more deep breath in.
And a slow exhale.
From here,
Let your breath be at whatever pace it wants to be at.
Whatever pace that feels right for you.
Now,
Allowing yourself to find stillness in this moment.
Feeling at ease.
Releasing any tension in your body and letting go of thoughts from the day.
Taking another deep breath in through the nose.
And slowly exhale,
Arriving at a deeper stillness.
Now imagining roots growing from your tailbone,
Deep into the earth.
Twisting and turning,
Weaving through the soil,
Reaching all the way to the earth's center.
As your roots extend downward,
Imagine roots from the earth coming up to meet yours.
Intertwining,
Twisting,
And connecting.
Becoming one.
On your next inhale,
A golden light rises from the center of the earth,
Flowing into your roots.
Feel it moving upward through your feet,
Your legs,
Into your hips and belly.
Then rising into your chest and back.
Let it spread through your arms and fingertips.
And now your throat and neck.
Allow it to flow all the way up to your head.
Finally,
Feel the golden light shining out through your third eye.
And after a moment,
That golden light shifts into a brilliant white light,
Radiating outward into the cosmos.
Now allowing yourself to sit in stillness within your mindscape.
Convinced,
Peaceful,
And deeply connected.
Bring your awareness to all of the sounds outside of your body.
Notice what you hear.
Take a moment to acknowledge them.
Then gently bring your attention back inwards,
Into your mind's quiet space.
Begin turning the volume down on your surroundings,
As if dimming a dial.
Quieter,
Quieter,
And quieter still.
Until all that remains is the stillness of your own being.
In this quiet space,
Speak a phrase to yourself internally.
Repeating it,
Over and over again.
Begin to notice your internal voice.
What does it sound like?
What energy does it carry?
Allow yourself to receive this awareness,
And make note of it for later.
Now envision someone in front of you.
Perhaps a guide,
An ancestor,
Or another high frequency energy you wish to connect with during this time.
Allow yourself to ask them a question,
And then pause to receive their response.
How are they communicating with you?
What does it sound like?
What does it feel like?
When you recognize their answer,
Thank them,
And then allow them to go.
Take another moment to speak within your inner dialogue.
Noticing your voice once more,
Then invite another energy forward,
And again ask them a question.
Give them space to receive their reply.
How does this one sound?
How does it feel?
Notice the difference from voice to voice,
From energy to energy.
Once you have received their message,
Thank them,
And gently allow them to go.
Now returning to your own energy,
Sitting again in stillness.
Draw in the light from your third eye back into your body.
Anchoring yourself again,
But this time more deeply in your own essence.
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
And exhale.
As you breathe out,
Imagine your roots coming back into your body.
As you continue to breathe,
The roots from the earth return back to the earth.
As they go,
You can thank them for their medicine.
Take another deep breath in,
And a slow,
Complete exhale.
Begin to notice your environment once more.
Feeling the sensations in your body.
Maybe wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Rolling your shoulders out.
Moving your head from side to side.
And when you are ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
