Welcome,

My little loves.

I invite you to take a moment to get comfortable either sitting or laying down.

As you slowly let your body relax from your busy mind all the way down to your restless feet,

I ask you to slowly close your eyes and focus on my voice.

It is okay for your mind to wander as we begin our journey together in mindfulness.

Allow yourself to notice the sounds that surround you and be okay with them.

Allow yourself to envision a beautiful white light coming down from the sky.

Allow it to slowly wash over your head,

Your eyes,

Your throat,

Your ears,

And continue down towards your heart,

Arms,

Chest,

Front,

And back.

Now,

Let's allow this light of love and protection to surround your tummies and the base of our backs and spine.

Next,

Allow your special light to go down your legs to your knees,

Ankles,

And lastly,

Allow it to encase under your feet and imagine your strong self hammering it into Mother Earth.

You,

My little loves,

Are now grounded and protected.

I want you to slowly in your mind stand up and listen to my voice.

We are going to go on a calming adventure.

I want you to imagine yourself at your most favorite beach.

As you arrive,

I want you to take a moment to slowly step your feet into the soft sand.

Slowly wiggle your toes to feel each grain of sand that flows between them.

Take a moment,

Wiggle them,

And allow yourself to bring back a special memory on this beach.

I will allow you a moment to remember.

Don't be startled by my voice when I come back to you.

I,

Too,

Have lovely memories.

As you continue to allow yourself to reminisce on your past visits to this beach,

I want you to slowly walk one foot in front of the other towards the water.

Feel the soft sand slip between those toes and under your feet.

As you approach the water's edge,

I want you to take your time to honor the water and her beauty and strength.

You will not be entering the water today,

But you will allow your toes and feet to feel her coolness.

I ask you to kneel down.

Take a moment to look at the beauty of Mother Nature and what is laying under the surface of the water at the edge.

Look down at your feet and where they are currently planted.

What do you see?

Is it tiny,

Small,

Little pebbles?

Or perhaps it is more soft,

Rippled sand.

Some may see the soft and slimy green of algae and seaweed,

While others may see an entire bottom of beautifully painted stones and rocks.

Allow yourself some time to stare at these creations of nature.

I want you to safely take your time.

I ask you to dip your toes into the water and allow yourself to feel her wetness among your sand-covered feet.

Allow her to wash those grains of sand off of you.

As you stand strong in the water,

I want you to release all and any stresses that your mind has been holding.

Release them to the universe so that they no longer hold you down with sadness or upset in your daily life.

Know that as you release them,

The universe is pushing them up and away so you can have room for positivity,

Love,

And calmness in replacement.

I will give you a moment to release what is no longer serving you.

Once you have allowed the universe to take hold of what has been holding you down,

I ask that you slowly wiggle those toes of yours under the water.

Take a step back to your favorite beach and take a moment to look all around before you slowly turn and walk back to where we started.

I want you to remember to enjoy the feeling of the little grains of sand as they flow underneath you.

Take each step with confidence,

Love,

Courage,

And calmness.

As you approach the beach's edge,

I want you to slowly wiggle your hands and your feet.

Slowly allow your body and your mind to return to this moment with me.

When you feel ready,

Open your eyes,

My little loves,

And take a moment to reflect on your journey of calmness.
