Hello and welcome back to the 20 day meditation challenge.
Today we are on day three.
Day three again is going to be about settling and regulating.
We want to cultivate a nice grounded space where the body can really release and the mind can unwind.
So whether you're starting your day grounded,
Refreshed,
And with ease,
Or whether you're closing your day regulated and at peace,
Take a minute to set up your space and we'll get started.
So closing down your physical eyes,
Feeling the surface beneath you,
The temperature of the air on your skin,
Feeling any textures,
Any fibers that are around you.
Taking a deep breath in,
And a complete breath out.
And one more time,
Breathing all the way in.
Hold the breath,
Hold,
Sip a little bit more,
Feel any stress,
Any tension rising up,
Pooling in the head,
Hold.
With an audible exhale,
Sigh it all out,
Release.
Just allowing the breathing to fall to its natural ebb and flow.
Starting to feel yourself melt into the surface beneath you.
Following the breath in and out,
And then beginning to see yourself starting to float up through the roof,
Gently floating up,
Up,
Up through the sky,
And landing in the cosmos.
Just taking in the vast,
Velvety darkness all around,
Twinkling stars off in the distance,
And feeling a weightless calm wash over you,
Any concerns,
Troubles,
Or problems left down in the physical world.
You take in the quiet,
And the peace that comes with it,
All the external noise left behind.
As you float here,
As if you're cocooned in a warm blanket,
And you see a light starting to come towards you.
As it approaches,
It's almost like a ray of sun,
With little sparkles dancing in between.
And as it washes over you,
A feeling of warmth and unconditional love flood your being.
And you enjoy the sensation,
Almost as if warm water washes over you.
As you bask in this ray of light,
A voice transmutes through,
I am always here for you.
I love you.
I am always listening,
Supporting you,
Believing in you.
I hold no judgments or expectations of you.
I love you unconditionally.
I am here.
You let those words wash over you,
Feeling them in your heart.
The voice speaks,
Is there anything you wish to share with me?
Anything I can help you with?
Anything you need support in?
Please share it with me now.
You take a moment,
And then respond when you're ready.
The voice speaks,
Thank you for sharing that with me.
For trusting me.
Leave this with me.
Allow me to support you.
And know that I am always here,
Ready to listen.
All you have to do is ask.
That you feel yourself start to descend,
Gently and slowly cocooned in this ray of light,
Down.
Down through the sky.
Down through the roof.
And back into your physical body.
You land here,
Feeling that golden ray of light washing over you.
And as it gently fades,
You bring your awareness back to your breathing.
And come up when you're ready.
