You you you Today's focus is to come back to stillness to come back to a sense of healing within the stillness and To experience stillness really the best option that I know of is to let go of the tension to let go of a Mind that is very focused on the external aspects of the mundane world and to just relax into the flow Creating such a clear focus Allows for the body the mind the emotional body to just relax into a flow into a movement And within this movement we begin to through consciousness.

We begin to explore what stillness really means It's a wonderful process of transformation Very often we'll come across little habits and aspects of the mind the negative bias and the attachment to certain belief systems that challenge stillness,

But we can be very mindful and aware of What is going on and continue shifting?

Continue elevating to a higher state of consciousness So it doesn't matter what is out there or even what you're feeling or what you're experiencing What matters is that you trust the flow?

And the focus Continues to bring you back to a deeper more profound aspect of consciousness This helps to restructure and rewire the way the way that the brain perceives information and connects to information There's our focus changes and as the restructuring happens as the brain rewires fires and wires in a Very different way then we begin to reflect on the more positive that's deep within us Being mindful being aware even if you're mindful and aware of emotions or feelings that are negative fear or Mistrust or lack of connection Even if that is where your awareness takes you just allow for the flow for the energy flow to continue to move beyond a Mind that is perceiving information in a certain way and trust that the flow Will take you slowly slowly to consciousness and as you connect to consciousness you become more mindful of The positive more aware of the positive even if such is only happening on a very subtle level Consciousness awareness Allows you to relate to the actual experience rather than to the perceived aspect of the experience Every little step every little microstep Helps you to stay neutral and clear to create boundaries clear boundaries within the thinking feeling process within just being present to perception and the way that the body mind perceives information in a way where your relationship to perception to information Begins to change and come back into alignment to consciousness It's a process This is where stillness is really important because we begin to Tune into the information into the process from a very clear and neutral perspective Deep breath You close your eyes As you breathe more deeply into the abdomen as you allow for consciousness to guide you You Deep breath In mindful being aware Lowing mindfulness and awareness to create a clear focus Repeating deep within yourself The affirmation that I am present to my breath.

I'm present to the flow I'm present to the stillness I'm present to the depth Allowing the focus to guide you as you breathe in and breathe out and relax Let go and embrace stillness You You deep breath Creating a clear focus even if the mind wanders off gets caught by an old story by an attachment to suffering to negativity just watching being mindful and aware This is the process of the mind but moving closer Aligning yourself more closely to the depth within consciousness As you do this just noticing those patterns that manifest Those old ways that reveal themselves show themselves to you Watching from a very mindful and aware space Accepting the process without judgment without the need to control the process of transformation just Allowing yourself to relax into stillness Free of activity free of attachment just as clarity stillness that allows you to Breathe in and breathe out Letting go Letting go deep breath You You You deep breath Every little step helping you to stay neutral and clear Creating healthy boundaries so that the process of thinking the process of perceiving Is just observed from within awareness Be mindful and aware just observing the process of transformation that the mind is going through Deep breath You You You You The mind so easily gets attached to suffering to blaming to pain to negativity To all patterns old habits Just watch with mindfulness and awareness as you clear Your attachment clear this connection to the mind and it's almost as if you can step back create perspective and watch the patterns Patterns that are there present within the mind within the thinking of the mind It's almost as if you're inviting a new clarity a new awareness into the process of perception You are not what you perceive You're so much more As you relax into stillness There is a very subtle aspect of perception that understands that There is a profound deep and meaningful essence within you That's observing everything that's out there And such creates every structuring and rewiring of the story that is repeated in your mind With every little breath every deep and profound breath Know that you're transforming your attachment clearing the space So that you are more mindful more aware Whatever is holding you back fear the negativity the mistrust You're slowly slowly elevating to an aspect of yourself That is in connection with the sacred in connection with higher consciousness With every breath Every breath that you breathe into your body that you breathe into your essence You create a new relationship with your body mind your emotional body and energy the process of transformation and elevation is happening one little step at a time Just Breathe and relax Stay neutral and clear Continue to create healthy boundaries so that what you're seeing through perception is just the perception itself Deep breath as you let go relax into stillness You You You You Deep breath Enjoying and celebrating the stillness within You breathe into your body and breathe out Just enjoying the stillness And from within the stillness creating a clear intention Not just from within the mind but an intention from within the stillness Just making sure that this intention Resonates with your heart resonates with the depth of your being And if it does and really sensing this intention as something that you will put into practice for the rest of today Intention can be to cut the cords of tension Attachment to negativities whenever awareness or mindfulness Helps you to see through this game where you are attached the cords of your energy or the thoughts and feelings of your being are attached to tension or negativities Then focus on healing come back to stillness Remind yourself that you can relax and feel free Even if the mind struggles with such an idea know that as soon as you create this intention and remember this intention throughout your day This intention then works on a subconscious level So there is no need to actually see the results in your experience or Be aware of the results in your experience All that you need to do is just remember the intention And focus on the healing that is happening as you come back to stepping away from The game that's being played out by the mind Choosing to relax and feel free Just breathing into the body and Just breathing into the body and sensing that this resonates with you Knowing that we all want to be free we all want to cut the cords of tension or negativities that Continue to pull us back into old habits old ways of thinking old ways of reacting or acting out As we free ourselves as we relax into consciousness And we're guided on a very deep and profound level You may wish to be in stillness for a few more moments Allowing the stillness to nurture this intention Then whenever you are ready coming back and enjoying the rest of your day Thank you
