You you you you So we begin with the new moon transmission so making sure that you are comfortable and sitting or lying down in a relaxed sort of receptive way so your body is comfortable but not slouching or not just sitting in that way where you are not able to breathe in a relaxed and open and full manner so once you have found a comfortable place make sure that also wherever you are that you won't be disturbed so that you are able to focus and be receptive to the energy of the transmission as well as to the meaning of the words and the meaning of the meditation as you practice the meditation the meaning of the meditation becomes clear today's new moon is very specific and it's the intention of the spiritual practice is supported by the new moon energy which is all about clarity and courage sort of clarity that isn't always understood it's not about everything being obvious or black and white so that's easy for one person or for circumstances to be so clear that you navigate through things in a more easy way clarity is more about internal clarity so the clarity that creates a sense of courage so that you can move forward even if what is in front of you is not very clear or challenging on some level the clarity and courage go hand in hand together and allow you to move through the many wonderful things that life sort of brings to us,

Brings into our lives and sometimes we see it as challenges,

Sometimes we see it as gifts,

Sometimes we see it as something else today it's important that your meditation somehow aligns itself to this clarity and courage so that in the next month,

In the next week,

In the next month you're able to utilize this clarity and courage from your own inner practice rather than just from the understanding of words and we will practice this in the meditation that I would like to share with you so perhaps you've noticed that there are many changes,

Many different things happening on different levels from the very mundane levels there are changes everyday,

Things change and sometimes what you want to happen doesn't happen because of whatever reason there are changes,

People change their minds,

Situations don't develop in the same way as you thought they may and things just happen in such a way where there are lots of changes that may seem difficult,

We may perceive them as difficult or may seem scary,

You know if people change their minds and they promise say something and they don't come through,

They don't sort of honor their promise,

Things can be scary say you're signing a contract,

If you're buying a new house or you're buying a new car and things,

Sorry,

Things can change and so we feel or we perceive things in a way where we think,

Oh this is really scary but this is where the clarity and courage becomes very important because if our energies get caught by what we see as a challenge or see as scary and then those energies are amplified by the beautiful new moon energy but it's very powerful because the new moon amplifies things makes them bigger than what they really are so that we can look at the situation and see it clearly,

See that's part of clarity that sometimes things are put out in such a way that they're obvious but when they're put out in that way where they just are beyond understandings sometimes our reaction,

Our sort of old reaction to the situation is that we get scared or we're fearful so this month is all about letting go of that fear or being scared about the changes and embracing it from a space of clarity and courage because when you do this you will realize that these changes are about self-acceptance about accepting aspects of yourself that are also being challenged beyond the sort of mundane changes that are happening beyond signing a contract or moving into a new house or changing something in your life there are internal changes that help support these external changes so you may notice that there are contrasts,

Very sort of black and white contrasts happening so the changes aren't just changes but they are sort of changes that show themselves in a way that perhaps confuses you because it's in stark contrast to what you thought those changes would be all about and sometimes the contrasts have something to do with complications so they lead to intensity so sometimes our reaction isn't just being scared about these changes,

About these internal and external changes but sometimes there is an intensity,

A subtle intensity about these changes that bring about a sense of you can't really accept what's going on and when you can't accept what is going on then you're not really fully realizing that this self-acceptance process that is happening during this month is the core or the essence of truly the drama that we're experiencing as life that's truly the essential quality that needs to be somehow remembered in all that is going on so the intensity whether it be psychological or whether it be emotional it's important that we understand,

We accept this sort of challenge and the intensity and we understand,

We say okay this is what I'm going through,

Okay this is how I'm reacting to the situation,

Okay so we're accepting that it's okay to recognize that this is what we're going through but we're not giving energy to the situation rather we're coming back to the clarity and the courage that allows us to bring these inner changes into a state of coherence so that it makes sense,

Everything makes sense despite all the changes that are happening around us so ultimately what we are inviting into our lives even through the changes and even through the psychological and emotional intensity we are inviting a sort of radical revolution,

An inner sort of revolution a radical revolution means that we don't just repeat the same thing or change a little bit of this or change a little bit of that so that everything fits into place but a radical revolution means that we change the perspective of fear,

Being scared of the changes that is all we have to change,

That perspective because if we come back to self-acceptance that means we also accept all the other parts that go with the self and that accumulate around the self so we create a sort of energy of self-acceptance which means that we're being very clear and courageous and can move to a more spontaneous activity,

A more radical spontaneous activity that helps to pave the way so that these changes are relating to this inner aspect of clarity and courage or the inner aspect of coherence,

Understanding that then allows for the changes to reflect the positivity that these changes truly are and that is an incredible revolution when we begin to recognize this not just as circumstances that are happening outside of ourselves but as the inner transformation that is the new moon,

The courage and clarity,

The inner transformation to come back to the clarity,

To come back to the courage this is what is so very auspicious during this month even though we may not be used to the creative states that come with this sort of radical change and the creative states aren't always,

They don't always fall into place,

It's not as linear as you know an ABC,

Okay this has to happen so that I'm happy or this has to happen so that I'm fulfilled or this has to happen because if it doesn't then I'm a scared person or I'm a fearful person no,

See the creative state means that you're accepting all and everything that allows for that creative space to come back to this experience that you are having that the self is going through and as soon as you do this then you're creating a fulfillment within this space especially around the solar plexus,

This is what the meditation is about today,

The solar plexus,

We create a sort of fulfillment where we invite happiness so we smile at the changes rather than fear them,

Rather than be scared about them,

Rather than sort of hesitate or hold ourselves back or fall into the fearful mode of thinking or the reactive mode of thinking rather than being receptive to the creative state that is being invited that's inviting you to go deeper into clarity and courage,

Sometimes we fall back into the old paradigms that we're used to the old belief systems that we're comfortable with and so if you understand this already you have opened within yourself the space of clarity and courage and you've created an intention that this is what you're going to realize and so as you do this the personal self that is relating,

This personal self,

This aware space within you that is relating to circumstances becomes more,

Realizes itself more within the positivity of clarity and courage rather than gets caught rather than getting caught in the afraid of the changes,

There is a sort of realization that all is good,

All is perfect and that means that you move to a deeper level of clarity and courage,

It's not just external,

It's not just being clear in the way that you think but a clarity that's from deep within your spiritual practice,

Meditational practice and as you allow this energy to move you as you allow the energy of the new moon to touch you in this way then it's almost as if you're allowing the energy of the new moon to magnetize because this is what the moon does,

It magnetizes,

There is no other description,

It creates a sort of magnetism where the self,

The deep inner self that which is aware of awareness,

That which observes,

That which you're observing,

That comes to a point where self-actualization falls into the space that now you can touch as a tangible reality so you begin to recognize that these changes that are happening outside these mundane changes that are happening around you,

Actually if you look at them from an upside down perspective these are the changes that are inviting this sense of self-actualization because as you accept,

As you allow for this space of acceptance to move into all aspects of your experience then these outward changes begin to reflect in a positive way the possibilities and the potential that lie within that space that is changing see,

Everything has to change in the end,

Nothing is permanent,

Someone said the only thing that is permanent is death and even that we don't really know until we go through the experience,

So everything changes,

So there is no need to be afraid of changes because you know,

This next month will sort of be,

For some,

Will be a very powerful time where these changes will create a sort of challenge and create a sort of intensity,

Psychological,

Emotional intensity that invite the positive,

Don't worry about,

Oh no I don't want any more of that no,

Will invite the positive,

Will invite a sort of courage so that you can move back towards this space within yourself where you can ask yourself the question,

Where you now can create self-realization by asking yourself the question what is your true ideal,

What is your true dream,

Not that dream that says I want this and I want that and I need whatever else but your true focus,

You know that which in this moment,

In this present moment drives you see when you ask yourself these wonderful questions in the midst of change,

In the midst of confusion perhaps because there are sort of challenging changes happening around you then your focus is no longer,

Oh I'm afraid of what is going on but rather the courage to keep your vision so very clear that you move towards your real ideal you move towards your real focus,

So you can ask yourself this question or you can ask yourself if that question doesn't make sense you can ask yourself what does it mean in this moment,

In this very present moment,

Not tomorrow or next minute but in this very present moment what does it mean to be clear and courageous so that this moment reflects back to you the answer to your question through practical,

Through the practical tangible understanding of this moment rather than the perception that of course relies on the future or the past and then gets caught in the many paradigms and belief systems that we create within ourselves about the future and the past so when you ask yourself what does it mean to be clear and courageous and if that's difficult sometimes things are intense and difficult to sort of be still enough so that our awareness can comprehend what's going on then practice this meditation which I want to share with you now it's a beautiful meditation and it's a beautiful meditation especially because the moon,

This powerful new moon allows for this meditation to go a little bit deeper into this space that is being magnetized by the light of the moon and this space that's being magnetized by the light of the moon is deep within the subconscious,

Hidden,

Sometimes those hidden layers that only come up once in a while or are obvious once in a while now with courage and clarity we're going to come back to a space where that energy of clarity,

That energy of courage is what is driving you rather than the reactive state of the mind when confused or when not still so meditation is about creating stillness so do make sure that in this moment that you are still,

That your thoughts are still,

That your body is still that you're breathing deeply,

Relaxing,

It's so wonderful to just give yourself this space where you can just relax and let go and even if difficult,

Even if the mind or the body still carry on connecting to the mundane aspects of life,

It's okay remember self-acceptance doesn't mean that you have to push yourself,

Just means that you are open and receptive so your breathing just relaxes in such a way where you're open and receptive to the subtle energy of the moon perhaps it helps to open the palms of your hands so that the palms of your hands are sort of facing towards the universe and it's almost as if the palms of your hands are absorbing this magnetic energy that is being transmitted by the new moon down towards the earth and every creature,

Every beautiful creature of the earth receiving this beautiful gift of light,

Magnetized light that perhaps you can sense as you open up the palms of your hands and breathe in this energy,

So you're breathing in the energy through your nostrils but you're also somehow breathing in the energy through the palms of your hands you may notice that the palms of your hands become a little bit warm or a little bit tingly,

You may notice that the energy around the palms of your hands,

It's very obvious that you can sense the space and that is very good all you have to do is just breathe in so make sure that the energy doesn't just stay on the surface of the palms of your hands but you're breathing this into your body so you're pulling this energy deep into your body this is what it means to come back to a more aware state of what is going on beyond the mind,

So many of us are caught in our thoughts but now we're coming back to the energy as we breathe in this beautiful light energy of the moon,

We're breathing in the energy of the moon and we're connecting to the energy of the self,

This beautiful aspect that is sometimes forgotten as we carry on with whatever it is in our daily lives now there is almost a remembrance that happens as you breathe in,

Ah now I remember what it's like to be still,

Ah it's so nice to be relaxed,

Or ah I recognize this energy feels the sensation is so great as you breathe in this recognition of the self just happens very naturally,

Different,

In different ways for different people so there is no,

There is no specific sensation that is right so whatever is happening is perfect,

Is just as it should be breathing in,

It's almost as if you're breathing in not just this magnetized light but you know the ions that are being produced by the beautiful moon,

Such a powerful energy transforms the physical structure of air,

The physical structure of air transforms in such a way that we can breathe in the oxygen,

It's important to oxygenate your body,

Breathe in all the way down to the abdomen,

Relaxing the diaphragm,

So important to oxygenate your body as you're doing now,

Because this gives you energy,

Gives you the energy to be courageous and it also gives the mind,

The universal mind,

The subconscious mind enough clarity not to be overwhelmed by the perceptions that the mundane mind sometimes gets caught within,

So oxygenating your body as you're doing or breathing in this life force,

This energy of the moon,

The energy that the air around the earth now allows us to connect to means that we're oxygenating and vitalizing,

We're revitalizing the body in such a way where courage and clarity are not just concepts but we can sense this within our body,

We can sense this within the energy of our body,

We can sense this within the emotional body so we're not carrying the pain of confusion,

We're not carrying the stress of confusion but rather we're falling deeper and deeper into a state of stillness where we're so receptive that this revitalizing process that's happening within as you open up more and more just gives us the information,

The deep profound information of what it means to be clear and courageous so that we can move forward towards this space of excitement,

Creativity,

Radical transformation.

Now as soon as you begin to feel this movement forward,

As soon as you begin to feel this sort of,

I'm able to expand with this energy,

I'm so relaxed and so present to what is going on,

I'm able to expand beyond just myself,

Beyond just this space,

I'm able to expand into the space around me perhaps in the room or perhaps in the house that you're in or in the garden that you're sitting in,

Wherever,

I'm able to expand.

As soon as you recognize this,

This means that you're activating the solar plexus.

The solar plexus is that point just above,

Around the belly button.

It's a very powerful point that works very,

Very,

Very much in conjunction with clarity and courage.

So as you move forward,

It's important now as you breathe in,

Fill your body with this stillness,

With this revitalizing process that's energizing you,

It's important that the energy moves from the solar plexus in that courageous and clear way.

So you're not connecting to the old paradigms and the old belief systems,

You're not connecting to the problems or the situations that you're needing to worry about,

But you're connecting to your real focus,

Your real ideal.

Remember the question,

What is your true ideal?

What is your true focus?

You're connecting through the solar plexus that is now revitalized,

Re-energized because of this beautiful moon energy that you've brought into your body through the palms of your hands and through breathing.

Now this energy is moving from the depth of your being where there is a state of coherence moving out towards the world.

So you're basically sorting out the energy around you in a very subtle way,

But as you know the moon is subtle yet very powerful.

So you're doing something that may seem very subtle,

May seem very gentle,

The mind may not think that won't change anything,

But do believe in yourself.

The clarity and courage are very much part of what you are transmitting to the space that is around you.

And this doesn't mean that you have to be masculine,

You know like sometimes in the English language we believe that courage is like about fighting and making sure that you push things around so that you get your way.

No,

Courage is very different.

The courage I'm speaking about is being able to sort out that which is your ideal,

Your focus,

So that is where your energy moves to.

So the energy from the solar plexus is simply moving towards this ideal,

Towards this focus.

And the rest you're not connecting to through your solar plexus,

You're just as with thoughts that may happen to float through into your mind or feelings that may happen to just be there,

You're recognizing them,

You're accepting them for what they are,

But they are not part of this inner clarity,

This process of inner clarity that you are now creating through this meditation.

So as you breathe in and breathe out,

Allow the solar plexus to just move into the space in a creative way,

You know you're not controlling because the moon is the feminine aspect,

It's not about controlling and pushing and making sure it goes,

Whatever goes to a place that you want it to go to,

It's about creativity.

So the movement can happen on many levels,

So this means you may not be aware of what your focus is or your ideal,

You just may be aware that you have an ideal but you're not sure what that is.

So the creativity that happens as you clarify this ideal is part of the courageous movement that is happening through the energy of the solar plexus.

So allow the space,

That space within,

The still space within to speak to you,

You know to communicate wisdom in that way that makes sense,

Not to your mind but to your heart,

Because this is where true clarity and true courage comes from.

Deep breath,

Deep full breath,

Breathing in the beautiful light,

The magnetized light,

The beautiful ions that are oxygenating your body,

Every cell in your body just happy and blissful,

Regenerated.

Deep breath,

Extending the energy from the solar plexus so that now you've created a subconscious map that will help you orientate your focus and your energy in the mundane world in a way where things will flow in a much easier way.

You have somehow created a space that is recognizable when we perhaps get caught by the stress or the situation and have a tendency to react to this situation.

Now you have created a map that is so very powerful and recognizable by the subconscious that that is what speaks before the reactivity,

That's what speaks to you before the reactivity.

So this meditation is super powerful.

You may wish to continue practicing this meditation for a few more moments.

You may wish to remember this meditation and practice this meditation in the evening when the moon,

When the moon energy is so very powerful and you just breathe in the light of the moon,

You breathe in those ions,

You just open up the palms of your hands so that you're really receptive to the energy and bring this energy to the core essence of your being.

You may wish to practice this tonight.

Such a powerful,

Powerful energy that is present here on this earth.

Courage is like a lion.

You know,

It's a lion,

You know,

The symbol,

The archetypal symbol of the lion is a very beautiful one.

You know,

When the lion understands that its courage comes from clarity,

Then the lion is happy.

The energy of the lion is very powerful.

Our courage then can take us to spaces where information,

Wisdom and information that comes from deep within not only becomes more tangible and real,

But becomes useful in our creative process.

So continue to create this map that will help you orientate yourself for the next month as you reach out to all that is happening to you from this space of clarity and courage.

You've created this clarity now in this meditation,

But you may wish to continue this meditation for a few more moments or you may wish to continue this meditation tonight.

Deep breath.
