Issues there are,

And it's a little bit like life.

You know,

It's good,

As previously explained,

To have an intention or in meditation.

It's good to have an intention so that it's clear to all parts of oneself what is going on.

Because the problem in life is not that we don't have enough time or that we don't have enough energy or we don't have enough knowledge or we don't have enough money or don't have enough this or that.

The mind will create all sorts of interesting and sometimes seemingly true reasons as to why it's difficult to manage to to fulfill one's intention.

And this has nothing to really,

Nothing to do with the issue.

It really is much more than we think a thought that we've created in ourselves,

A belief system that we adhere by and which has become so real that it doesn't seem like it's a belief system,

It seems like it's reality.

You know,

When your body says,

I don't have the energy,

You know,

You say,

That's just a belief system,

Ha ha ha.

Just doesn't work,

Does it?

Nobody says,

No,

No,

No,

No,

No,

Sorry,

It really is this way.

And you say,

Ha ha ha,

Tony said it's a belief system,

So I'm just going to giggle that one away.

And you try,

But you don't have the energy to giggle.

You know,

You don't have the energy to,

You know,

Laugh at the situation or to even think about laughing at the situation or even to think about thinking about thinking about thinking.

Oh,

That's too much anyway,

I haven't got,

You know how it is when sometimes you're so tired,

I've been like this a few times,

I've been so tired,

I can't even think about resting because even the thought of getting to the bed is like so tiring,

Is like,

Oh,

I can't even think about that because I don't know if I'll manage it.

Have you ever been so tired?

Oh,

You know,

Like some people go to bed and like you lie down and you think,

Oh,

That's lovely just to come to this point where I don't have to do more things.

But that's not really tired.

Really tired is when you can't get to that point because it takes too much energy,

You know,

But that is also a belief system.

See,

That's the thing because we have an incredible amount of energy.

We have an incredible amount of support for our intention that we don't call upon or that we don't realize,

We don't communicate to,

Or we don't connect to.

And this is what I call life energy.

I'm not talking about this,

Oh,

Tony is talking about life energy that's unlimited,

Better than coffee,

Let's use it all up.

You know,

And we sort of do things so that we burn ourselves in that the terminology would burn ourselves out,

You know,

And we just deplete ourselves to a point where the body just collapses.

No,

I'm not speaking about that.

But there is an energy that supports us human beings in the same way as the energy that supports nature,

Same energy that supports life to just be so very powerful that we don't even realize that such an immense creative potential within energy exists in us.

We think it's out there,

We believe it's out there.

So it seems like it's just not part of our everyday reality.

And the only way to communicate with,

With this energy or with this incredible life force is to come back and recognize the life force.

So it's not to use up the life force to constantly chase another thought,

Another need,

Another desire,

Which is what most people do.

As soon as they get a little bit of energy,

Oh,

Oh,

And pack up,

Jump out of bed and run around.

And then by the end of the day,

Oh,

I'm tired again.

What happened?

I was having such fun.

Okay,

And then you wait and wait,

And then the next day it's the same.

And we don't do this consciously.

We do this subconsciously.

We,

We do it in a way where we don't recognize what we're doing because we are not connected to the life force.

We're connected to the mind that is driving us.

So intention has nothing to do with the mind.

You know,

You can't create an intention from your mind.

If you create an intention from your mind,

You're just helping the ego along.

I want this.

Oh,

I'll just focus on an intention.

Then it will happen.

You know,

You've heard these get rich quick,

New age schemes.

Have you heard of them?

I deserve to be a millionaire.

Okay.

It's just about believing in the abundance of money.

It's so infantile to believe that,

You know,

The universe is just waiting for someone to say that I'm ready to accept a million dollars.

Yeah.

I'm,

I'm manifesting this of course,

A million euros or a million pesos or a million.

What do they have in India?

What's the currency in India?

Oh,

Rupees.

Yeah.

How can anyone forget a million rupees?

I'm good.

I don't know what a rupee is worth,

But you know,

Or,

You know,

If you were living in the old days,

I've got 10 camels.

I'm talking about times in the middle East,

You know,

Supposedly that's where Western civilization started.

I have 10 camels.

Perhaps they didn't have camels at that time.

What am I saying?

I have 10 goats.

Okay.

Then I've done it.

And you know,

Can you imagine someone during those times?

Yeah.

Oh,

It's just a matter of manifesting.

I'll create an intention.

I'm going to have 10 goats,

God or whoever,

You know,

Universal creative force.

I am thinking of 10 goats now.

So you better listen.

My desire is to have 10 goats because do you see the infantile sort of force within that and how that infantile force can never be aligned to the cosmic intelligence of life.

You know,

It's to want from a need or desire can never create an alignment to the greatness that is life force.

So as soon as you put that within your intention,

The mental space of judgment or seeing things as good or bad,

The linear sort of perspective of life interferes with your alignment to the universal intelligence that is all around us because we're using our personal intelligence to say that something is better than another.

How can we,

How can we judge?

I mean,

How can you judge if you have two children?

Can you imagine saying this child is better than the other?

I mean,

Some people do that,

But it leads to dysfunction.

No?

Can you imagine if parents went around and chose their favorite child?

I mean,

That is a psychological complex for the child later on in life.

I don't like you.

Why did you come into my life?

And can you imagine someone saying that to their child?

I wish you were different.

Oh,

I can already feel some people thinking,

Well,

That seems to be the case with me.

Is that a problem,

Tony?

Are you sure it's a problem?

Is it resolvable?

Can it be resolved?

Is it the end?

Take a deep breath and have fun because that is part of how you communicate to the universal intelligence that's life.

You have fun.

No matter what the situation is,

Whether you're thinking of 10 goats,

10 camels,

A million rupees,

Or a million dollars,

You still have fun.

See,

If you are not having fun,

If you can imagine,

I really want this to happen.

Then you wake up and can you imagine like shepherd,

You know,

In the Middle East,

You know,

You wake up and you say,

God,

What are you doing?

I still don't have my 10 goats.

And then the bush next to you lights up in flames.

Isn't that a story from the Bible?

God comes down with his sort of creaky,

Serious voice.

You blasphemous.

Which drug are you on?

I'm just on the manifestation drug.

Sorry,

I'm on the feeling bad about myself drug because,

You know,

My parents didn't love me.

They had a favorite and it wasn't me.

Like,

Imagine,

You know,

If I hope there aren't some,

You know,

Very dogmatic people listening to this,

Because I'm just having fun,

Of course,

You know,

You know,

I'm having fun.

And I'm trying to bring a point,

You know,

There is a point in having fun.

It's not just having fun for the fun.

I'm not just having fun because it's fun.

There is a point.

Can you imagine back to the burning bush,

You know,

And the divine God or what you believe to be in divine God coming out of the clouds and coming down to the burning bush and saying,

Well,

What do you have to say for yourself today?

Well,

Who are you?

Can't you see who I am?

And you say,

No,

Let me show you.

You know,

You can't say,

Let me show you.

Can you imagine saying,

Let me show you.

I know that would be called like blasphemous what I'm saying.

And you say,

I am neither good nor bad.

I don't believe in all these judgments that my mind is creating and that,

You know,

I believe to be part of my infantile creation of reality.

I don't believe in any of that.

And that burning bush would be the light of your consciousness.

The sound that you're hearing in your ears would be just the sound of transcendence where you're letting go of those negative patterns.

You're coming back to the pure light of your being.

And of course,

If you're light,

Then there is no heaviness.

And the heaviness that you have as your reactive thought that's creating this picture in your mind,

Whereby you have to struggle against life,

Where you have to fight,

Even with the divine forces,

It's just a joke.

How can it be this way?

How can it be that there,

You know,

The world is not conflict.

That's your mind that's in conflict.

So when you let go of the conflict,

Which means that you let go of the reason why you want the ten camels or the ten rupees or the million rupees or whatever it is,

Then there is a natural transcendence to a point within yourself that is free of egoic belief systems or egoic judgments that take you to the point where you are suffering because you are in conflict with yourself and the world,

God or divine or higher self or whatever it is.

It doesn't matter what it is.

What matters is you and you in this moment.

Are you part of the negative belief system that is judging yourself as good and bad or as needing to receive from the world certain things to feel better?

Are you part of that?

Then it's a choice.

Do I need to remain a part of that situation?

Do I need to remain part of part of what is going on in my mind or can I step back and observe it from a light-hearted perspective?

You know,

Part of being mindful,

Part of looking at the situation,

Part of the reminders in life that happen all the time,

Whether it's a burning bush or whether it is just things that keep repeating themselves in the world that remind you that this situation is a situation that's taking you nowhere.

Part of being mindful is being mindful,

Aware of your relationship to what you're communicating to,

To the world,

How you're communicating,

The quality and the information that you're communicating to the world.

You know,

Because that world will reflect exactly the same form of communication back to you.

This is why I was making fun of,

You know,

Our evolution.

We know now today in this world,

We know that there is nothing but love.

But it's not enough to know if our actions remain stuck in the past,

Whether it be in a dogmatic belief system that the world is bad,

Either in a religious belief system the world is bad and if you are not careful,

It's going to punish you,

Or the same religious belief system but it's developed whereby it's just personal,

Where you are just believing that you're not good enough.

That's the same.

It's just developed.

It's no different.

It's just developed into a modern sense where people today,

You look at people today and they still haven't transformed that belief system where everyone goes around believing that they're not good enough.

And what exemplifies such a belief system is the want of wanting more from the world because what you have,

What you are in this moment is not good enough.

And that is the reactive force that creates this judgmental belief system of wanting.

Whether you're speaking to God or yourself or the world,

It doesn't matter if the communication is exactly the same.

If it hasn't changed in,

I don't know how many years,

10,

000 years or however long ago the story of the burning bush was supposedly happening in the Middle East,

50,

000 years,

We haven't changed.

What?

We're going to keep repeating the same belief system over and over again and then just cloak it with a modern sort of thinking system or a modern lifestyle or a modern sort of psychological belief system.

And so it's such a waste of energy.

This is why it's important to remember what it means to communicate from your heart and not from your mind.

So nothing listens to your mind except your mind.

That's what frustrates because you think that something is listening and of course if there is something listening,

It's your mind listening to your mind.

Can you,

Are you one of those people who goes around and says,

What a hard day it is to yourself,

I mean,

Not to other people.

And you can almost hear the sort of monotone in the voice.

What are you doing?

Your mind isn't going to say,

Oh,

Thank you for speaking to me.

It's just going to keep reacting and reacting and then you'll be louder.

And one of these days you'll be like this person I saw walking around on the street and I thought he had a mobile,

You know,

Like those people who walk with like the Bluetooth speaker.

It's so funny.

Like once,

And hello George,

You know,

And it was like,

What?

This person was just walking and talking into the air,

You know,

And then I realized,

Okay,

I thought he was a bit funny,

But he has a Bluetooth speaker and was speaking to his mobile phone,

But it's still funny.

But when you have someone without that Bluetooth speaker speaking into the space,

You know,

I think they've communicated to their mind for so long that they have no idea how to communicate to their heart and they've lost the sensitivity within themselves to actually recognize that they're speaking to their mind.

So they've lost their social perspective and they're speaking out there,

You know,

So it's a form of,

I don't know what a psychiatrist will call it,

A form of neurosis or psychosis,

But we all do it.

I'm told when we sit in meditation,

Oh Tony,

It's really difficult for me.

My mind keeps speaking to me.

Oh my gosh.

That's the first step saying like,

It's a warning signal.

Please remember meditation is important.

Please remember meditation is important because you are speaking to yourself.

What about speaking to your heart?

You know,

It's very different because speaking to your heart requires stillness.

If you're agitated or if you want or your desire or your need or you're angry or you're reactive,

Where there's a process of energy that is depleting you,

You're speaking to your mind.

You will do this until,

I don't know,

Until the world comes to an end.

They say,

They say it happens to everyone.

You know,

The mind will stop communicating eventually,

But you know,

That's a rather morbid sort of weight.

Why not communicate to it within the stillness to other parts of your being,

To the energy that's around you.

It's very simple.

You know,

Just today notice as you walk around doing whatever it is you're doing or in the karma yoga schedule or in,

Within the intention that you've set yourself for today.

You know,

Today I really will and you create an intention that helps you within this still communication,

Not an intention that demands for you to do more.

Today I will be more effective and I will do 20 things instead of 10 things that I did yesterday because I didn't,

You know,

Drop that.

And I'm not saying just,

Oh yeah,

Tony said to just relax.

I'm just going to sit here at work,

Close my eyes and meditate.

Your boss will fire you.

Yeah.

Just not what you do.

So I'm not saying to change your behavior in any way,

But to rather remind yourself,

Okay,

In these moments,

When I have a moment,

Rather than communicate within the mind and demand more or throw needs or throw imaginary scenarios at myself,

I'll just take what it takes to breathe in,

To breathe out,

To let go so that I am in touch with stillness.

No demands,

No needs,

No desires,

Just being.

Don't need to stay in this space of stillness forever,

But just to remember.

And as the remembrance happens,

I breathe in and breathe out and connect a line to something light and beautiful.

Just for a split second and then continue with your practice.

It's very beautiful to do this.

In the beginning it may seem a little bit complex because the mind will say,

What about me?

Don't leave me out.

I want to be part of this too.

Then subtly,

You know,

The rest subtly the mind comes in and begins to take over the still space.

I'm not saying to negate the mind,

But just give as much of yourself,

Your energy,

Your attention,

Your focus,

Your awareness to all and everything,

Not just your mind.

As you breathe in and breathe out,
