Okay,

There's actually three crystals left,

So take a deep breath,

Return to your center.

This is an amazing balance.

Your mind might wander,

Come back.

Okay let's do the rose meditation.

Now as you keep taking those deep breaths,

I want you to relax as much as you possibly can.

Breathe in.

Nice,

Clear breath.

Exhale and relax.

Just settle.

There's no need to do.

You're exactly where you need to be.

Breath in,

Nice and full.

Focus on your favorite crystal right now.

Don't stray,

Keep your focus and as you do,

Slowly,

Slowly close your eyes,

Keep breathing.

Focus on that crystal.

Let's begin the meditation.

This is going to be brief,

But powerful.

So stay with me.

Here we go.

Breathe in.

Exhale.

Close your eyes.

And as you keep breathing,

I want you to bring your attention to your heart area.

Notice what it feels like.

And as you keep breathing,

I want you to focus your energy to the center of your heart,

The absolute middle.

And in the middle,

You'll notice there's a tiny seed.

This is a special seed.

It is a seed of a rose.

It is still,

Just like you.

So breathe in.

Find your stillness.

Exhale.

And in this seed is the potential for beauty,

The potential for growth,

But right now it is still just a seed and I want you to breathe and love that seed as much as you possibly can.

This is you,

The rose of your heart.

Notice what color is the seed.

What color do you want your rose to be?

And as you keep breathing,

Notice the dirt around the seed,

The dirt of your heart,

The mud,

The pain of time.

And instead of hiding from it,

I want you to sit in that dirt.

Notice how comfortable it feels.

Breathe in.

Exhale.

And we're going to crack that seed open right now so it can begin to grow.

So breathe in nice and full,

Full of power.

And as you exhale,

Notice the seed of the rose nestled on your heart start to crack open and a little sprout comes out.

Notice that sprout rising through the dirt of your heart,

Reaching for something higher.

And every breath is like water nourishing the soil.

Breathe in.

And with every breath,

The sprout becomes bigger and bigger and bigger.

Notice it almost come up through your throat.

Feel the leaves start to find air and sunlight.

Breathe in nice and full.

And as you exhale,

I want you to bloom the rose out of your mouth.

Exhale.

Feel those flower petals.

Feel the color of your rose.

Living through it,

Through and within you.

All you have to do right now is simply appreciate your rose.

Appreciate the color of it.

There you go.

Feel the warmth in your throat.

Notice the softness of your lips as the rose blooms out your mouth.

And as you keep breathing,

Keep your eyes closed.

Keep the vision of your rose strong.

And make a claim,

An affirmation to yourself that from this moment forward,

You will only speak from the rose of your heart.

Now as you keep breathing,

I want you to gently bring the rose back down your throat,

Back into your heart.

Almost as if it reverses back into a seed.

Where it lies,

Dormant,

Waiting to bloom at any breath.

And as you keep breathing,

Just notice this warm feeling in your chest.

And as you breathe in,

I want you to think about that crystal you were focused on when we first started this meditation.

Exhale.

And in your next breath,

Slowly open your eyes and find that same crystal in this balance.

Let me know how was that meditation for you and what color was your rose?

That was a fun meditation.

As with every balance,

We're going to practice letting go.

Often in these beautiful moments,

We want to cling.

And the clinging creates suffering.

Especially in our heart.

If you're suffering in your heart,

You may be clinging to either a past memory or the present moment.

If it's very beautiful,

You may be holding tightly onto it.

If you want the master level,

Practice letting go.

The highest form of strength is letting go of beauty.

We're not stuck on one specific beautiful moment.

We're letting it flow and sit in your power.

Okay,

So here we go.

Breathe in.

I am good enough.

Say it with me.

I am good enough.

We're going to do this a couple of times.

Exhale.

I am good enough.

Breathe in nice and full.

Exhale.

I am good enough.

Breathe in.

Exhale.

I am good enough.

It's all about making positive ripples in the people around you.

Just like I am to you guys.

I'm not going to change the world,

But I might help you.

And you can help the people around you.

They can help the people around them.

All of a sudden,

That ripple starts to spread.

If we're all doing that,

That's how we make serious change in this world.

Okay,

So breathe in.

Exhale.

I am good enough.

Say it with me.

Breathe in.

Exhale.

I am good enough.

Breathe in.

Exhale.

I am good enough.

Breathe in.

Exhale.

I am good enough.

Breathe in.

Exhale.

You are good enough.

So stop with this small thinking.

You are big and powerful.

Breathe into your power.
