So sometimes we just get really upset because things don't go the way we planned them out.

We just get upset because we wanted something and we didn't get it.

We wanted that job.

And well,

In the end,

We just didn't get it.

We wanted our relationship to work out.

But well,

In the end,

It didn't.

We wanted to be friends with that person forever.

And it didn't happen that way.

And it's okay.

Sometimes we just beat ourselves up about it and we get so upset because we planned everything out.

And when things didn't go as planned,

Well,

It brings chaos into our lives.

So today,

I wanted to tell you that everything happens for a reason.

If you didn't get that job,

It was because something better was waiting for you.

And even if you say,

Well,

I didn't get that job and something better wasn't waiting for me,

It was because you still had to learn something in that job.

Either you had to learn a skill or you had to meet someone.

But I just wanted to tell you that the timing of the universe is perfect.

And if things didn't work out with your couple,

It was because the universe wanted that.

It was because you guys were not meant to be and you were going to break up sooner or later.

Don't fight with the universe.

If it's not meant to be,

It's for a reason.

Trust your process and trust your journey.

That's why I recorded this audio.

Because if you're listening,

You're meant to hear this.

You're meant to hear that something better is waiting for you.

Don't cry over things that didn't happen.

Enjoy where you are now.

And if it didn't work out,

Just stop,

Breathe,

And figure out what you had to learn or what you have to learn.

And remember that the universe is perfect.

It's absolutely perfect.

And if you can't let go,

If you're still struggling,

If you're still hurt,

If you wanted that job so badly or you wanted that opportunity so badly,

Write it down.

Write it down.

And be thankful that it didn't happen because it wasn't meant for you.

Write it down and burn the piece of paper.

Throw the ashes away.

And be grateful because something better is waiting.

So today,

We're going to say a short affirmation.

I would like you to sit up straight.

Close your eyes if you want to.

And now,

Focus on your breathing.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

One last time.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

And say to yourself,

If you want to say it out loud or just in your head,

Say,

Today,

I'm grateful.

I'm grateful of where I am now,

Of everything that has happened to me because it was meant to happen and it has made me who I am today.

I thank the universe and I accept everything that it has in store for me.

Today,

I'm going to stop fighting because it wasn't meant to happen and I accept that.

And I accept the new blessings in my life.

Today's a new day and I'm grateful.

And I'm not going to prevent the universe to bring me my blessings or to show me my blessings.

Today,

I say thank you.

And you can say whatever you want to say or feel like saying.

Now take another deep breath in and out.

One more time.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Come back to the present moment.

When you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
