Welcome to a new day.

This day is a blessing.

Perhaps you are still in bed,

Or maybe you are already up and moving.

Either way,

Take this moment to get comfortable,

Either sitting or lying down.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your belly with air,

Hold for a moment and then slowly exhale through your nose,

Releasing any stale energy,

Any heaviness,

Anything that no longer serves you.

Now breathe normally.

Let us begin with gratitude.

You are here,

You are alive,

You are breathing,

You have been gifted this new day,

A fresh canvas to create,

To learn,

And to simply be.

Allow a gentle smile to form on your face,

Smile to yourself,

For yourself.

Feel gratitude for your body,

Carrying you through this life.

Feel gratitude for your breath,

Sustaining you in each moment.

Feel gratitude for the people in your life,

Who show you support and love.

Feel gratitude for the opportunities,

Big and small,

That this day may bring.

Feel gratitude for everything you have.

Feel gratitude for the present moment.

Now,

Let's set intentions for the day ahead.

Ask yourself,

What kind of day lies before me?

Is it a work day or a rest day?

If it's a work day,

Set the intention to move through it with balance.

Remind yourself that you do not need to do everything,

Only what truly matters.

You are focused,

Grounded,

And mindful.

You are productive,

Without burning out.

You are connected to your purpose.

You believe in yourself and your abilities.

You walk into this day with self-confidence.

You are worthy of every success,

Of every opportunity,

Of every good thing you desire.

If it's a rest day,

Set the intention to truly rest.

Allow yourself to enjoy leisure without guilt.

Enjoy disconnection from what drains you and relish the connection with the people who love you.

You are safe,

Protected,

And at peace.

You honour your need for self-love,

For breaks,
