Victoria is a Yoga teacher and retreat leader sharing musings and meditations on creativity, health, and wellness. She is an RYT 500 + Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), as well as a plant-based health educator certified with the T. Colin Campbell Institute for Plant-Based Nutrition. As a personal wellness guide, she curates seasonal menus and movement practices that support the holistic balancing of each individual. Meditation is the foundational map to our own self-discovery.
