This 8-minute guided meditation invites you to slow down and attune to the quiet abundance that surrounds you — in your breath, your body, the earth, and the present moment. This can be done walking, driving, or sitting and laying in stillness. Through gentle guidance, you'll be reminded that abundance isn't something to chase — it's something to notice, feel, and receive. Even in stillness, even in uncertainty, life continues to offer beauty, connection, and enoughness. Let this be a pause to return to gratitude, presence, and the simple richness of being alive. No experience needed. Trauma-sensitive approach. Best listened to seated or lying down.

Welcome to Wild and Mountain Breathwork.

My name is Asha and this is a guided meditation on abundance.

This is not a meditation about money or financial wealth.

Though those things may flow,

That's not where we begin.

This is an invitation into a deeper kind of abundance.

The kind that lives in your breath,

In your body,

In your relationships,

In your capacity to feel,

To love,

To give,

And to receive.

This is an exploration of the abundance that already exists within you.

The abundance of presence,

Purpose,

Peace.

So as you settle in,

Know that the space is here to help you reconnect to the richness of life itself.

To remember that you are enough.

That there is enough.

So take a deep breath in.

And gently let it go.

Let your body soften.

Feel the support beneath you.

Feel the breath moving through you.

Like a river flowing naturally,

Effortlessly.

Now,

I want you to imagine what it would feel like to live in a state of true abundance.

Not just material abundance,

But the kind of fullness that flows from within.

Imagine waking up each day with a sense of enoughness.

With a steady rooted knowing that there is always more available to you.

More connection,

Peace,

And purpose.

Let yourself feel the rhythm of giving and receiving.

When you inhale and when you exhale,

You receive and you give.

And life flows with you.

What would it feel like to move through this world without fear or tension around what you have or what you don't have?

What would it feel like to trust that you will always have what you need?

To trust that you're supported by the earth,

By your breath,

By the own wisdom in your body.

Let yourself go there.

Imagine opening a door to a version of yourself that gives freely without depletion.

That receives openly without guilt.

That trusts the flow.

Feel into what it would be like to share your gifts with the world.

To offer your presence,

Your care,

Your truth without limits.

Without restriction,

Just flow.

Every time you offer your energy with love,

You create ripples.

You shift your own frequency in your body and that shift echoes outward to the world.

And imagine a world where more people felt this way.

At ease in their bodies,

At peace in their hearts.

Living from trust instead of fear.

Choosing to heal.

Choosing to soften.

Choosing to live in their true authentic expression and alignment.

You are part of that shift.

And you get to spend the rest of your life returning to this place.

A place of compassion.

Self-acceptance.

A deep belonging.

Let yourself breathe into that.

Letting it rise in your chest.

In your belly.

In your bones.

If there is a part of you that still holds fear or scarcity.

That learned to shrink or hold back in order to feel safe.

I want you to offer that part of you compassion right now.

Let them know you're safe.

You no longer have to tighten or control to survive.

You can soften.

You can open.

You can trust life to meet you.

Because you are abundance.

You don't have to chase it.

You are it.

You are the giver and the receiver.

Breathe into that truth.

Let it settle.

Let it become a part of you.

And when you're ready.

Begin to gently return to the room carrying this feeling with you.

Feeling whole and connected to that deep truth that you are enough.

You are safe.

And you are home.
