Brie is grateful to have a long history with meditation. When she was a child, she carried with her emotions like anger, resentment and insecurity. By learning to embrace all emotions, even the unpleasant ones, Brie changed her life. The path of mindfulness transformed the way in which she views the world and the way in which she views herself. Brie has been teaching Yoga & Meditation since 2013. Her meditations offer practitioners a way to connect deeply with themselves. When Brie isn't teaching Yoga or meditation, you can find her enjoying long walks with friends, spending time with her teenage daughter, indulging in a meal with the love of her life, or cuddling her cats while watching Seinfeld. Brie has certifications in many modalities of Yoga, but she'd only like to highlight her certification from the school of life, for it has inspired her offerings the most.
