Explore MeditationSince 2012, Linda has been on a unique yoga journey, growing both as a student and a teacher. She holds a 110-hour and 220-hour yoga teaching certification from the Patanjali Yoga Path at the Academy of Yoga in the Czech Republic, and later completed a 200-hour International Yoga Teacher Training (200 RYT) through Yoga Alliance. Last year, she also deepened her practice with an eight-week mindfulness training. Her classes are influenced by Hatha Yoga traditions and incorporate conscious movement, breathwork, relaxation, and meditation techniques, with a particular focus on Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). Linda also leads specialized classes focused entirely on meditation and Yoga Nidra, helping students reach deep relaxation and connect with their inner selves. She teaches in a way that helps students relax, clear their minds, and connect deeply with their bodies.
