Good morning!

Today's meditation will help you recharge,

Aligned with success and move through your day with clarity and confidence.

Give yourselves a few moments of stillness and mindfulness to set the tone for a beautiful new day.

Find a comfortable position,

Easy sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes,

Release any tension and gently focus on your breath.

Take a deep breath in and a slow breath out.

Feel fresh energy entering your body with every inhale and with each exhale let go of everything unnecessary,

Tiredness,

Doubts,

Worries.

Allow yourself to slow down and fully arrive in this moment.

Feel your body waking up,

Lighter with every breath,

Your mind becoming clear and more focused.

Imagine yourself in a place that gives you strength.

It could be a warm sunny beach,

A green forest,

A mountain top or a cozy corner of your home.

Feel how the nature around you fills you with vibrant energy.

You breathe in and feel the cool morning air,

Fresh and cool.

It awakens every cell.

As you exhale everything you no longer need flows out of you.

You feel grounded like the roots of a strong tree anchored in the earth.

You feel light like the wind carrying freedom and movement.

You feel warmth like the first rays of sunlight gently warming your body and soul.

Now create a mental intention for this day.

What do you want to be like?

What do you want to achieve?

How do you want to feel?

Repeat soundly or aloud.

I am open to new opportunities.

I trust myself and my abilities.

This day will bring my joy and success.

I am full of energy and inspiration.

Feel this force becoming a part of you.

Take one more deep breath in and a long breath out.

Feel the lightness in your body,

Clarity in your mind and calm in your heart.

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Smile at the new day and take the first step toward your goals.
