Namaste.

You're welcome to make yourself comfortable.

Closing your eyes,

Have a downward gaze,

Or look into the distance.

Welcome to this moment of rest.

You have done enough.

You have said enough.

You have carried enough.

I'd like to invite you to take three full deep nourishing breaths,

Just to allow yourself to settle into this moment.

Take a moment to relax your body and let go of the day.

If you'd like to place one hand on your heart and let the other rest gently wherever it feels grounding,

Take a deep breath in through your nostrils and exhale slowly out from your mouth,

Allowing your jaw to soften and your shoulders to relax.

You're welcome to whisper in your mind or even out loud.

I release what does not belong to me.

I forgive what I no longer need to carry.

I welcome peaceful dreams,

Deep rest,

And soul repair.

Allow your breath to guide you into a deeper state of stillness.

I'd like to invite you to imagine a spiral staircase in a moonlit temple,

Each step made of light.

With each step down,

You feel more deeply relaxed,

More safe,

More free.

We will count down from 10 to 1.

And with each number,

Feel yourself drifting inward towards peaceful sleep,

Stepping into the gentle quiet of your mind.

Releasing moments of the day,

Activities,

And the hustle and bustle.

Feel your body softening,

Your breath slowing down,

And your mind settling.

Feel your heart opening just a little more as you relax into your body in a deeper way.

Realize in this moment there's nothing to fix and nothing to do.

Feel your presence in the room that you're in and being aware of the surroundings simultaneously.

Feel the love,

Tenderness,

And the warmth arising from within.

Sinking into silence.

Fully addressed.

You are safe.

Know that you are loved.

You are connected,

Even when it feels like you are walking alone.

This night,

You rest under the protection of divine light.

Let go now.

Let sleep take you gently.

And if you dream,

For clearing,

And for blessings.
