Welcome to this guided meditation.

My name is yogi Brian.

Find your comfortable spot,

Your comfortable place.

Either sitting down,

Lying down.

Find a place where your body can be still.

A quiet place.

Once you find your place,

Close your eyes.

Bring your awareness to your room or to your space.

Inviting your mind to meet your body.

And bringing your awareness to your breath.

Either in and out through the nose or in and out through the mouth.

In and out through the nose or in and out through the mouth.

Bringing your attention,

Bringing your focus to your breathing.

Allowing your mind to settle.

Just like a pebble in the pond.

The ripples slowly smooth out.

Just like your mind.

Being patient.

And allowing yourself to slowly relax.

There's no rush.

There's no correct way.

There's no grading system here.

No expectations.

Nothing to do or control.

This is your practice.

All you have to do is breathe.

And your entire life led you to this moment.

All your experiences,

Every single one has led you right here,

Right now.

Listening to this meditation.

Being here right now.

And there's nowhere else you need to be.

Than to be with your body and breathe.

And you know you have so much to be grateful for.

Yes,

You do.

So much to be grateful for.

And continue to breathe and listen to these gratitude affirmations.

And allow the affirmations to sink deep,

Deep into your subconscious mind.

Allow these affirmations to reprogram your brain.

And you'll fill these affirmations all throughout your day.

Continue to breathe.

Allow your conscious mind to relax.

Allow your conscious mind to surrender.

And your unconscious mind will absorb these affirmations.

I am grateful for my breath.

I am grateful for my body.

I am grateful for my mind.

I am grateful for the earth.

I am grateful for my loved ones.

I am grateful to be alive.

I am grateful for my breath.

I am grateful for my body.

I am grateful for my mind.

I am grateful for the earth.

I am grateful for my loved ones.

I am grateful to be alive.

I am grateful for my breath.

Allow these affirmations to sink deep,

Deep,

Deep into your subconscious mind.

And all throughout your day,

You'll come back to these mantras.

And all throughout your day,

You'll feel this feeling of gratitude.

These affirmations have been downloaded into your mind just like a computer program.

So there's nothing you need to do or control.

Just allow the gratitude,

Allow this program in your subconscious mind to run all throughout your day.

Thank you so much for meditating with me today.

Hope you have an amazing day.

And remember,

Gratitude,

Gratitude,

Gratitude.

Namaste.

Thank you.

I really enjoyed. The pace was a little fast for me. So I just slowed it down for myself. I’ll definitely come back to it. Thank you.
