A guided meditation leading you to peace and stillness by following the breath and taking your awareness to the perceptions and helping you to be a detached observer of any negativity and tiredness and more engaged with who you truly are: the white light of consciousness.
Transcript
Keep the eyes closed.
Start to observe the breath.
Keep the mind focused on the breath.
Just notice the rhythm,
The softness there.
Feel the breath enter.
Leave.
Let the thoughts drift away.
Just observe the in-breath.
Just observe the out-breath.
Focus the awareness of the mind onto the breathing.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
The rib cage expands.
Breathe out.
The rib cage contracts.
Keep connecting your awareness to the breathing.
Feel the movements within the rib cage.
Breathe in.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Feel the stillness,
The silence that grows in the mind as the mind focuses more and more on the breathing.
Breathe in.
The rib cage expands.
Breathe out.
The rib cage contracts.
Keep observing each in-breath.
Keep observing each out-breath.
Feel the rib cage expanding,
Contracting.
Feel the air entering.
Feel the air leaving.
Just become aware of the stillness that grows within the mind.
As the breath enters,
Leaves,
The mind focuses on the breath.
The rib cage expands,
Contracts.
The mind becomes stiller.
The stillness in the mind grows.
You start to enjoy the feeling of the breath entering,
Breath leaving.
Thoughts lose their significance,
Their importance as the stillness that arises becomes more and more beautiful to you.
The stillness that arises from observing the breath.
The breath enters,
Leaves.
You enjoy the sense of stillness that comes from observing the breath.
You connect to this stillness.
It becomes part of you.
You realize it always was part of you.
The stillness within grows.
You breathe in.
You breathe out.
The breath takes you closer and closer towards the point of stillness that's at the very heart of your being.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Silence enters the mind.
The mind remains in silence,
Just observing the in-breath,
Just observing the out-breath.
You connect to the deepest point of stillness within yourself.
The point of stillness that remains hidden within your heart.
And now as you reach this point of stillness,
You just start to observe.
You observe your thoughts.
You see how your thoughts are changing all the time.
You see the thoughts coming,
Going.
You see how they have no permanence.
How one moment one thought may arise,
The next moment another thought,
Completely unrelated.
Or even contradicting the first thought.
There's no permanence to the thoughts that enter and leave the mind.
There are simply waves that come and go.
You just become a detached observer,
Watching these thoughts entering,
Leaving,
Seeing how they have no permanence.
The thoughts come,
The thoughts go,
Without reacting to them.
Just watch them.
They're simply waves.
And then you notice that sometimes,
When there's a myriad of thoughts,
All on one theme,
They can become hardened and form from thoughts into perceptions,
Perspectives,
Certain waves of seeing the world.
You observe these perspectives,
Again without reacting to them,
Just seeing that they're there.
And then see and observe these perspectives too,
As you receive more information,
Can change completely.
The information you receive may turn the perspective upside down,
And then you see the world completely differently.
You realize that one of the perspectives you have is permanent.
They're all subject to change.
Again,
Like the thoughts,
They're simply waves.
You just observe them,
Seeing how your whole life they've come and gone,
Without reacting to them.
Just watch them coming,
Going.
Just watch these perspectives changing all the time.
No permanence.
You see one perspective,
Then another,
Then another,
Without reacting.
You just see these perspectives as waves.
They come,
They go,
But they have no permanence whatsoever.
You just remain as a detached observer,
As a point of peace,
A point of white light deep within the heart.
Just watch these perspectives,
Not reacting,
Just enjoying seeing everything that enters and leaves the mind as waves.
They come and go,
But don't have any permanence at all.
They simply enter,
Leave,
Continue watching,
Seeing the perspectives coming,
Going.
As you do,
You connect more and more to the white light deep within.
Perspectives come,
Go,
Enter,
Leave,
Without reacting.
You simply watch them.
One minute you have one point of view,
The next minute another point of view.
There's no permanence to your perspectives,
No reason to cling onto them.
Just let them come,
Let them go.
Connect to the white light deep within,
Sense of peace deep within.
Watch your perspectives entering,
Leaving,
Just being the detached observer,
White light that exists deep inside.
Watching the changes within the mind,
But not reacting to them.
Just watching,
Observing,
Not participating,
Not engaging in any way.
As you watch,
The perspectives enter and leave at their own free will.
You simply watch them,
Not giving them your energy,
Just seeing them entering,
Leaving.
Continue to be the detached observer,
Not reacting,
Just enjoying the watching,
The flow,
The entering,
The leaving of perspectives.
Not taking any ownership of them,
Just watching them,
Something external,
Waves that come,
Waves that go.
You just connect to the white light,
The peace deep inside.
Knowing yourself to be this white light,
To be this detached observer.
You connect more and more to the white light within,
Seeing yourself as peace,
As shanti,
As the one that observes without interfering,
As the one that remains connected to the source of unconditional love,
Happiness,
Peace.
The one that doesn't interfere,
Just watches the waves of the mind,
The thoughts,
The perceptions entering,
Leaving.
You just connect to the white light within,
Knowing that you're the observer,
The one that watches without interfering.
You just see more and more white light within,
And you know this is your original self.
The white light that doesn't engage with the thoughts,
The perceptions,
Simply observes,
Watches.
It's simply the awareness that watches.
You see yourself as a beautiful white light deep inside.
The perspectives come and go,
But your permanence,
Your radiance,
Your white light within remains.
You just watch the perspectives,
The thoughts coming,
Going.
You remain connected to the white light deep inside.
You are the white light.
The thoughts come,
Perceptions come,
And then they go.
But the white light within continues to shine brightly,
Continues to represent the peace that you hold within.
You continue to see yourself as this beautiful white light,
Just observing,
Not interfering in any way.
With the mind,
With its thoughts,
With its perspectives,
You just remain as a beautiful white light within.
It just observes and sits in peace,
Sits in shanti,
Sits in sat,
Truth,
Chit,
Consciousness,
Anand,
Bliss.
It just remains here in peace,
Bliss,
Happiness.
It just watches the waves that are entering,
Leaving the mind,
Remaining attached only to the happiness and peace that remains deep within.
The mind,
The perceptions are simply waves,
But your true stillness comes from deep inside,
From just observing,
The coming and the going.
You remain connected to the white light within,
The stillness within.
Remaining as a detached observer,
Seeing how perceptions come and go,
You rub both palms together,
Generating warmth in the palms.
You remain attached to the white light within.
It just observes.
You take the bottoms of the palms over the eyes,
Bringing warmth back into the eyes.
Then you slowly move your hands away,
Slowly opening the eyes,
Just remaining as a detached observer.
The thoughts,
The perceptions that come and go,
The detached observer of the mind,
Just being connected to the white light,
The stillness within.
