The Calling Of The Heart Chakra

Keep your eyes closed.

Start to observe the breath.

Observe the breath as it moves in to the lungs.

Observe the breath as it moves out.

Feel the breath entering in to the nostrils,

Leaving via the nostrils.

Just spend a few moments observing each in-breath,

Observing each out-breath.

Allow for the stillness in the mind to continue to grow.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Feel the ribcage expand,

Contract.

Take the attention away from the thoughts.

Realize that thoughts are not important.

They don't have power over your happiness.

Your happiness comes from deeper within.

By observing the breath,

You can bring stillness to the mind.

And so your breath draws your attention,

Thoughts disappear.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

The ribcage expands,

Contracts.

The mind draws closer and closer towards stillness.

And we connect to the deepest point of stillness within.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

The ribcage expands,

Contracts.

Nothing but stillness remains within.

Continue to observe the breath.

And as you do now,

You start to look deep inside yourself.

You start to see different energies,

Different lights within.

You see the seven main chakras that line parallel to the spinal cord.

You see them.

Swirling vortexes of energy.

Just parallel to the heart.

You see a nahata,

Your heart chakra.

A beautiful swirling vortex of energy filled with the energy of love,

Kindness,

Contentment,

Happiness,

Joy.

All the qualities the mind has ever looked for,

You realize that the mind cannot give you.

They lie in this deeper place within the heart.

Within the heart chakra.

You continue to see all of the chakras within,

Just as lights.

And then more and more,

Millions of lines of energy.

Throughout the body.

When all you had to do was look inside.

See the lights,

The chakras.

Filled with love,

Compassion,

Kindness.

Filled with all of the beautiful qualities you've ever searched for.

The answers to all of your questions lie here within.

And as the light within the heart chakra,

Glows brighter and brighter,

You start to experience the quality of the love that's here within.

You start to realize that the love that's within your heart is complete,

Unconditional love.

It continues to glow,

Brighter and brighter.

Continues to illuminate.

And you see,

Observe,

The light itself.

You feel caught up in its magic,

Its beauty,

Its charm.

From deep within your being you realize that this unconditional love is what you've always searched for.

It's not to be found outside in the world of changes.

It's here deep inside you.

It's your very being,

Your very nature.

And the heart chakra continues to glow.

You continue to see it as a swirling vortex of energy,

Of pure light.

It fills your being.
