Welcome to this longevity enhancing meditation.

I'm Dr.

Linda Friedland and I'm delighted to be here with you today accompanied by the intentional music track of Yuval Ron in consultation with Dr.

Richard Gold of Metta Mindfulness Music.

Close your eyes.

Give yourself permission right now to relax.

This is your time for yourself,

For your well-being,

For your longevity,

To release your stress,

To strengthen your vitality,

To boost your immunity,

And to ensure that you are doing all in your power to live a long and healthy life.

Begin to become aware of your breathing.

Breathing deeply through your nose and slowly breathe out through your mouth.

Continue to breathe in this manner,

Slowly through your nose,

Hold for a moment and then out through your mouth.

Once again,

Breathe in deeply through your nose and slowly breathe out through your mouth.

Breathing has an enormous power to energize,

To heal,

To regenerate your body by toning your nerves,

Your muscles,

By regulating your metabolism,

Clearing your cells,

Opening any blockage,

And any debris within your system is released.

Deep breathing reduces your blood pressure,

Regulates your heartbeat,

Cleanses your blood.

It slows down the damage of aging cells.

Deep breathing stills your mind,

Calms your emotions.

With each inhalation,

You are absorbing new calming energy and vitality.

With each breath out,

You are releasing strain.

As you breathe out,

Let all the tension stored in your body begin to leave you.

Breathe out your tensions,

Your worries,

Any pain,

And any concerns.

Now starting at the top of your head,

Begin to consciously relax the muscles of your body.

Relax your scalp,

Your forehead,

Relax your face and your jaw,

Relax the muscles of your neck and your shoulders where much of the tension is stored.

Feel the relaxation moving through your chest,

Your arms,

Down into your hands and fingers.

Allow this wave of relaxation to move through your abdomen and into your back muscles.

Relaxation moves down your legs and into your feet.

With each gentle breath you take,

Allow yourself to become more and more relaxed.

Now we are beginning to use the power of imagery.

Images are powerful mental pictures that become translated into your reality,

Into your body.

The images connect pathways from your brain cortex to areas of healing and immunity and regeneration.

Your body and your cells do not need to deteriorate and degenerate as much as they do.

You can actively slow and possibly even reverse some of the damage of this process called aging and aim to live a long,

Healthy and robust life.

Imagine,

See and feel a warm,

Glowing white light above your head.

Allow this light to penetrate through the top of your head,

Down your face,

Into your neck and shoulders.

Feel this warm light moving into your chest and abdomen,

Flowing down your arms all the way to the tips of your fingers and allow this light to ripple through your legs,

Down to your feet and into your toes.

See this light and feel this light spreading down your spinal cord to every single nerve and every cell in your body,

Replenishing,

Replenishing,

Renewing and healing.

You may begin to feel a heaviness,

A warmth entering you as you become more relaxed and comfortable.

You are becoming calmer and more energized.

Let this warm light enter your heart,

The source of your life force and your vitality.

Let it pump this healing light through all your vessels,

Opening any physical or emotional blockages,

Whilst clearing and replenishing.

Feel the warmth,

See the light,

Hear the movement through your vessels,

The flow through your body.

Your entire body is now bathed in this light as it surrounds you in a cocoon,

Relaxing you as you feel at peace and energized.

Listen to the music as you listen to your body,

Feel the harmony,

Allow the energy of this music together with the earth's energy and the spiritual divine energy enter you and restore your energy.

Lift your spirits and enhance your life force.

Open every cell of your body to robust health and healing.

Now become aware of your breathing once again.

Feel the chair,

The cushion against your body as you feel calm and joy and clarity and strength.

As we conclude our meditation,

You will feel calmer inside and out.

Your breathing will remain smooth and even.

Thoughts and your mindset will be positive and supportive of your robust health and well-being.

You recognize and know deep in the core of your being that you can remain strong,

Healthy and productive.
