It is time to connect with our hearts and feel the feeling of love because the feeling of love is the most powerful feeling that I know.

And a lot of times we walk with the feeling of love for others but we forget the love to ourselves.

But the power with actually loving ourselves and understand that we are more than enough.

That is when we can actually allow in the frequency of abundance.

Because abundance the definition is having more than enough of something.

So if you want to be abundant it's about being more than enough.

And how can we be more abundant?

Yeah well that's about seeing yourself and feeling more than enough.

And as you already know more than enough is just a choice.

So today we're gonna focus on love and start our days or our evenings with a little bit of love.

So we can allow all these amazing and beautiful things into our lives.

So let's just start by taking a deep breath in through your nose.

Just slowly slowly out.

Releasing any emotions,

Any thoughts.

Taking one more big breath in through your nose.

Slowing down your body.

Feeling your eyelids becoming heavier.

Feeling your body becoming heavier.

All the way down,

All the way deep.

And just feeling how your eyelids are becoming so heavy,

So stuck.

And you can even imagine that they are completely stuck.

That the more you try to open them the more close they get.

And you feel this in a sense of relaxation spreading throughout your body.

And as this relaxation spreads deeper and deeper down your body you can also start to sense a feeling of lightness.

Maybe you can catch a moment where there are no thoughts,

Where you are simply just listening to my voice,

Following the flow.

As your body is getting more and more relaxed we turn our attention to our heartbeat.

You can feel the heartbeat.

And just remembering that our hearts are creating an electromagnetic field that can be measured over five feet away for every heartbeat.

So you're sending some appreciation to our hearts for regulating other people's nervous systems.

Just by us taking a few breaths today and creating some good emotions.

Now I want you to imagine the way your heart looks like from the inside.

Beating,

Spreading the energy throughout your body.

Feeling the veins in your arm,

Even your shoulders.

Feeling how your jaw is just releasing,

Relaxing.

All the way down your chest,

Your stomach,

Down your legs.

Just remembering that the heart is sending energy out the whole system.

All the way down to your feet.

And now,

Keeping your focus on your heart,

Start taking breaths with three seconds in and five seconds out.

So on your out hails,

Press your lips together almost like you're blowing out through a straw.

So three seconds in,

Five seconds out.

Three seconds in,

Five seconds out.

Just continue this breathing as you're focusing on your heart,

Feeling the heartbeat.

Now remember the last time you had one of those big bear hugs from someone that you love.

Maybe it's your mother,

Maybe it's your partner,

Maybe it's your best friend.

Just remember this moment by still breathing just like this,

Three seconds in,

Five seconds out.

Just imagining this moment where you're holding this person you love so much within your arms.

Feeling how you were smiling,

How you were tightening the hug as much as you possibly could because of how much you love this person.

And just breathing into this feeling of love.

Feeling it spread throughout your body and the body you have in front of you.

Just holding this hug,

Feeling the emotions spread in every cell.

Just pumping for every breath that you take,

Growing.

And now take a step away from this person and bring the feeling into your heart.

Almost like you're holding the feeling in your heart and continue the breathing.

Three seconds in,

Five seconds out.

Just feeling it vibrating.

Really just falling in love with this feeling.

Just seeing how much love you can hold in your body right now.

And now taking a step back from this person and going back into your mind.

Seeing this person in front of you being you.

It's no longer the person you were imagining.

Now it's you who's standing there in front of you.

And with this built up love that you have in your body,

You invite yourself for a hug.

You feel the love spreading in your body throughout the other version of yourself.

And maybe you can feel the power that comes from loving yourself.

When you feel ready,

Take a step back from this other version of yourself.

You just look in the eyes of this version and ask if there's anything that you need to know right now.

If there's anything you need to take into this day.

And just allow yourself to say goodbye to that version of yourself,

Knowing that it lives within you.

Take it out at any time.

Just allowing yourself to walk through the rest of this day with this feeling in your heart.

This feeling of love.

Knowing that you've activated more love coming into your life.

More senses.
