Moving from grief to sorrow to sadness.
Let's begin by taking a moment to settle in.
See the space around,
The walls,
The window,
The pillows.
And slowly bring your attention to the grief you carry within you.
Grief is emotion that can feel overwhelming and heavy and acknowledge your grief without judgment.
It is a part of our lives and a testament to the depth of your love and connection.
And notice your grief as a cloud surrounding you.
You can notice the weight,
The presence,
Even smell.
And as you breathe in,
Invite yourself to fully feel your grief.
Allow it to be present,
Knowing that it's okay to feel this way.
Allow it to be present,
Knowing to feel this way is a part of grieving.
And with each exhale,
Imagine a small part of this cloud beginning to dissolve,
Making space for something new.
And let your heart move all the way back to your spine.
With each exhale,
As a small part of this cloud begins to dissolve,
Allow your heart to move all the way back and rest.
And in this moment,
You can imagine my hand on your back,
Holding your heart.
I am right here with you.
I am right here with you,
Allowing your heart just to move back,
All the way back into my hand and let all the weight,
All the weight your heart feels to move and drop down in my hand.
All the weight of your grieving heart can go in my hand and let that weight just drop down in my hand.
It's more than welcomed.
It's more than welcomed.
And we can be with your grief together.
That's it.
Just allow your heart to move all the way back and feel my hand at the back of your heart.
Let your grief move all the way back and all the weight of your grieving heart can go into my hand.
I am right here with you.
That's it.
That's it.
Let that happen.
Let that happen.
Let your heart move all the way back into my hand.
And rest and rest and allow yourself to witness cloud,
Cloud of grief moving into the fog of sorrow and let your heart feels more softer,
More fluid with the sorrow and feel the fog of your sorrow as a soft mist around your heart.
Let the sorrow land there.
With each breath,
Feel the sorrow flowing through you,
Washing over your grief and let your sorrow move through your heart and let your heart move a bit more into my hand.
It's more than welcomed.
And feel my hand.
Just feel my hand at the back of your heart and let that sorrow and the weight of sorrow move all the way down into my hand,
All the way down.
As you name your loss,
I love it.
Let your heart just move back into my hand.
It's more than welcomed.
You are more than welcomed.
You're not alone.
And let us be in that space of sorrow and notice how it feels different from the heaviness of cloudy grief.
Notice gentleness,
Compassionate acknowledgement of your pain and let the sorrow cleanse you,
Giving you the space to feel deeply and to begin to heal.
And never forgetting your loss and still to begin to heal.
And let your heart rest in sorrow.
And let the sorrow of your heart mose into gentle rain,
Nurturing and softening the ground of your heart.
With each breath,
Let the sadness flow through you,
Gently washing away the lingering sorrow.
And let your heart melt into the sadness and move all the way back to the back of your spine,
Into my hand and rest.
Let your heart rest.
We have plenty of time.
Let your heart rest.
Embrace sadness in your heart.
And notice the gentleness of sadness compared to the weight of a cloud and your sorrow.
Moving your heart all the way,
All the way into my hand,
The back,
And all the weight can go down as we hold your loss and as we honor your loss.
And take a moment and let your eyes,
Your grieving eyes,
From inside,
See your heart resting in this moment.
Let your inner eyes see your heart resting from grief to sorrow to sadness as we heal.
Take your time.
Feel my hand at the back of your heart and all the weight can go all the way back.
And slowly,
Open your eyes and let your eyes look around.
See the walls,
The window,
The pillows.
Your heart still resting at the back.
And as you continue your day honoring your loss,
Let your inner eyes send a gentle gaze toward your heart and let your heart rest.
And you're more than welcomed to come in this space as many times as you need.
As many times as you need.
As you move through your process of honoring your grief and your loss,
You are not allowed.
You are not allowed.
Until next time,
I'm Anumael.
Be gentle with yourself.
Be gentle with yourself.
Much love and care.
