Good morning.

My name is Bex Richards.

Welcome to this peaceful morning meditation.

This meditation is designed to help you start your day with calmness and clarity.

Please begin by finding a comfortable seated position.

Sit up tall.

Lift your chest and relax your shoulders down your back.

See if you can even extend a little taller through the crown of your head.

Allow your hands to rest where it's comfortable for you.

You can maybe place them on your lap or on your knees.

If it feels comfortable for you,

Close your eyes or just keep a soft gaze down toward your ankles.

Now shift your attention inward,

Letting go of any lingering thoughts or distractions.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Feel your lungs fully expand.

Hold it for a moment.

And then exhale slowly and completely through your mouth.

Repeat this two more times.

Inhaling deeply,

Hold your breath,

And then exhale fully.

Now allow your breath to settle back into its natural rhythm.

Simply observe each inhale and exhale,

Allowing the breath to anchor you in the present moment.

Notice the coolness of the air as it enters through your nostrils and the warmth as it leaves.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming more grounded and more centered,

Peaceful,

Calm,

Connected.

Let's now shift attention to your heart center,

The space in the middle of your chest.

And for a moment,

Just notice your heartbeat.

Notice the gentle pace and rhythm,

Soothing,

Calming,

Peaceful.

From a place of love and compassion,

Take a moment to set an intention for your day.

It could be something simple like,

I choose peace.

I will move through the day with gratitude.

Or I am open to the beauty and opportunities today will bring.

Silently repeat your intention to yourself,

Letting it resonate with you.

I choose peace.

I will move through the day with gratitude.

I am open to the beauty and opportunities today will bring.

As you continue to breathe,

Imagine your intention radiating from your heart center,

Filling your entire being with energy and light.

I choose peace.

I will move through the day with gratitude.

I am open to the beauty and opportunities today will bring.

Silently repeat your intention one more time.

Now,

Let these words go,

Knowing that you hold your intention in your heart center.

Take a deep,

Loving breath,

And with your exhale,

Let it be the biggest release into peacefulness.

Gently shift your attention to your body.

Starting at the top of the head,

We will slowly scan down through the body,

Noticing any areas of tension or tightness.

As you exhale,

Imagine releasing any tension you find.

Begin by allowing your forehead to soften,

Your jaw to relax,

And your shoulders to drop away from your ears.

Feel the relaxation flowing down your arms,

Through your chest,

And into your belly.

Let your legs grow heavy and feel your feet firmly grounded beneath you.

With each breath,

Allow your body to feel lighter,

More relaxed,

And ready for the day ahead.

Now picture yourself surrounded by a warm,

Golden light.

This light represents the peace,

Energy,

And positivity you are inviting into your day.

See the golden light and feel the warmth on your skin.

Soothing,

Comforting,

Peaceful.

Imagine stepping into your morning with ease and grace.

Visualize yourself moving through your morning routine with a sense of calm and purpose.

See yourself approaching any distractions or frustrations of the day with ease and grace,

Knowing that all things work themselves out.

See your day in a positive,

Gentle light.

Calm,

Ease,

Peaceful.

Now,

Visualize the warm,

Golden lights within you expanding outward,

Touching everything and everyone you encounter today.

Allowing all your experiences of today to be gentle,

Calm,

And peaceful.

Take a deep breath in,

Inhaling peace for the day,

And gently exhale out any resistance.

Let's do that again.

Inhale peace,

Exhale resistance.

One more time,

Breathe in peace,

Breathe out resistance.

Allow yourself to return back to your natural rhythm of breath.

Notice a sense of peace and clarity wash over you.

Take this peaceful energy with you into your day and share it with those around you.

Gently bring yourself back to the present moment.

Take some time to settle back into the now,

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Welcome back to your morning.

May your day be filled with peace and ease.

Thank you for meditating with me,

With love and gratitude.
