Worries.
Let your breath begin now to flow effortlessly,
Naturally.
Begin to visualize with each inhale you are drawing in pure radiant light.
The light of spirit,
The light of love,
It enters through your breath and fills your body with warmth,
Vitality and peace.
And with each exhale you are releasing all tension,
Releasing all heaviness,
Releasing all that no longer serves your being.
You inhale,
Feeling the light pouring into every cell,
As you exhale you are feeling old burdens melting away.
Inhale,
Breathing in divine energy,
Exhale,
Letting go into peace.
Let your breath become a prayer,
A prayer without words,
Only the silent exchange of life and spirit.

Breathing out all that weighs you down.
Now in your mind's eye see a brilliant column of golden white light above your head,
Stretching infinitely upwards into the heavens.
This is the light of the infinite,
Pure,
Eternal,
Unchanging.
Visualize this light slowly descending,
Pouring down like a waterfall of radiance.
It touches the crown of your head,
Blessing your mind with peace,
Clarity and stillness.
The light moves downward,
Bathing your eyes,
Your throat,
Your shoulders.
The light flows into your chest and enters your heart center,
Your sacred temple within.
Feel your heart begin to glow,
Expanding with this divine radiance.
Feel warmth,
Love and bliss growing stronger with each breath you take.
The infinite has entered your heart.
You and the divine are becoming one.
In this sacred moment,
