Prayer Surrender To Earth, Receive The Stars: Shamanic Soul

Welcome dear soul,

Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly,

Close your eyes and breathe in slowly through your nose,

Exhale through your mouth,

Like the wind moving across the land,

Feel your body soften,

Each inhale draws in the breath of life itself,

Each exhale releases the stones of the old burdens back into the earth,

Now within your mind and heart let these words ripple like a drumbeat through your being,

I surrender my fear and the old stories I have carried,

I release the voices of shadow,

The judge,

The doubt,

The victim,

I now welcome the gifts of the universe,

Flowing like a river,

Rising like the sun,

Shining like the stars,

I give myself permission to be human,

To feel,

To stumble,

To heal,

To grow,

I remember I am resilient,

Rooted as a tree into the ground,

Strong as the mountains and open like the sky,

Every path,

Every yes,

Every no has brought me here to this sacred breath,

This moment of being,

As I breathe in I welcome trust,

As I breathe out I release control,

I know I am never alone,

The ancestors walk with me,

The earth holds me,

The universe surrounds me,

I surrender all fear and welcome abundance,

Today,

Tomorrow and forever,

With full permission to be human and divine,

And so it is and so it shall be,
