Hi Frankie here and welcome to this guided meditation designed to gently guide you into the practice shamanic soul breath work.

This journey will connect you with your breath,

Deepen your awareness of your body and create space for profound healing.

Let's begin by finding our comfortable position in a seated or lying down position draw that you feel supported and at ease.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose just holding it for a moment and then releasing it fully through your mouth.

Let's do this a few more times with each exhale releasing tension.

Inhale bringing in peace and release.

Allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment wherever you are leaving behind the distractions of your day.

Begin to deepen your breath now inhaling through your nose your belly and lungs are expanding and exhaling through your mouth.

That's right inhaling through your nose belly lungs expanding exhaling through your mouth belly contracting.

Inhale belly chest expand exhale belly contracts.

Inhale belly expands exhale belly contracts.

Let the rhythm of your breath guide you as we step into this practice.

You are breathing a connected breath where the inhale flows effortlessly into the exhale without any pause.

Imagine each breath is a wave gently rising and falling within your body and you can hear my breaths so just keep up with my breaths as we breathe together into this shamanic journey.

That's right you are breathing connected breaths in and out of your body where the inhale flows effortlessly into the exhale and the exhale flows effortlessly into the inhale.

Breathing without pause imagine each breath as a wave gently rising and falling within your body.

There is no need to force it just let your breath flow freely naturally without any judgment.

Feel into your body as your breath moves through you awakening your senses creating a space for healing.

That's right your breath opening you up and creating a sacred space for healing.

If emotions arise simply notice them and allow them to flow through with your breath.

Let go of all any resistance and let your breath guide you deeper and deeper connecting in to you.

We'll start our chant for this breath work practice now and as I chant stay inward just focusing on your breath and feeling inside your body noticing and being with anything that comes up for you.

Breathe feel heal breathe feel heal I breathe deeply into my body I feel deeply into my body I breathe to feel and heal I breathe deeply into my body I feel deeply into my body I breathe to feel and heal I breathe deeply into my body I feel deeply into my body I breathe to feel and heal I let go I release what no longer serves me I invite healing into every cell with every exhale I breathe to feel and heal I let go I release what no longer serves me I invite healing into every cell with every exhale I breathe to feel and heal I let go I release what no longer serves me I invite healing into every cell with every exhale I breathe to feel and heal I release tension from my body I release heaviness from my mind I breathe I feel I heal I release tension from my body I release heaviness from my mind I breathe I feel I heal I release tension from my body I release heaviness from my mind I breathe I feel I heal I release fear and invite in courage I release doubt and trust the flow I release fear and invite in courage I release doubt and trust the flow I release fear and invite in courage I release doubt and trust the flow I release the need to control I release and surrender to peace I release the need to control I release and surrender to peace I release the need to control I release and surrender to peace letting go of your connected breathing now just let your body breathe however it wants to feeling in to any and all sensations in your body notice these see what messages they have for you now visualize anything that needs to be released as clouds in the sky take some deep breaths in and out of your body as you do this notice the clouds are dissolving with each exhale you're letting go releasing and letting go with every breath out dissolving those clouds with every breath out dissolving those clouds now coming to stillness now inviting say these words I release all that is not for my highest good I invite harmony into my body mind and spirit now repeat these affirmations after me I am grounded and supported by the earth I am safe in this moment of stillness I am free to release what I no longer need I am allowing myself to heal deeply I am filled with gratitude for this present moment I am creating space for a new beginning I am grateful for the life that sustains me I am grateful for the elements around me grateful for the healing energy of the elements around me the earth grounding me water renewing me fire transforming me air breathing into my life and holding space for me I give gratitude to the sun's vitality and the moon's soothing glow I give gratitude to the universe's infinite love embracing me with a heart full of gratitude and thanks to the universe for this journey today Namaste blessings to you and on yourself for going on this breath work journey today and know that you can come here anytime to breathe and feel and heal namaste
