Hi,

Frankie here.

My soul greets your soul,

And I welcome you to this meditation.

What I really want is.

What's holding me back is.

So what I choose is.

Today,

This is a space for clarity,

Self-truth and empowerment.

In this inner guidance inspired meditation,

We will explore the truth of your heart.

Meet the beliefs that are in the way and consciously choose your next aligned step.

There is no need to fix or force anything.

I'll be inviting you to feel into your body,

Soul and mind.

So just listen,

Allow and trust your own inner guidance.

What you seek is already within you.

So let's begin.

Grounding in your quiet space.

You can either sit or lie down.

Just let your body settle.

Let your breath soften.

Begin to breathe in through your nose and just sigh out through your mouth.

Inhale deeply and sigh it out.

Inhale one more time nice and deep.

And just exhale,

Let it go.

Feel your body supported by the earth beneath you.

Now gently begin feeling into your body,

Soul and mind.

Notice the sensations in your body.

Any areas of pressure,

Warmth,

Contraction or spaciousness.

Notice the emotional current beneath the surface.

Just notice your inner atmosphere.

The quality of your thoughts.

You are coming home into presence.

Today present in the temple of your inner knowing.

Just breathe and feel.

Entering inner inquiry.

Feel into your body,

Mind and soul.

Now say inwardly,

I am open to the wisdom within me.

Now ask your body,

Mind and soul,

What do I really want?

Let this question land deeply into your being.

Drop it in like a stone into a still lake.

Don't chase the answers,

Just allow it to arise.

What do I really want?

You might notice sensations,

A word,

An image or a deep yearning.

Let the knowing emerge from the full intelligence of your being.

What do I really want?

What I really want is.

Finish this sentence and speak your truth.

Softly or in silence,

Breathe into it.

What I really want is.

Let it echo through your body,

Soul and mind.

What I really want is.

Feel the longing,

Not as lack,

But as guidance.

Your desire is sacred,

It's a soul whisper.

Now just finish this sentence.

What I really want is.

Now you know what you want.

Let's look at revealing what's in the way.

What's holding you back.

Feeling into your body,

Soul and mind.

Ask,

What's holding me back is.

.

Let your inner landscape reveal what needs to be revealed,

To be seen.

Maybe it's a fear,

A doubt,

An old wound,

A belief you've inherited.

In this space though,

You are safe to feel this now,

And you can name it.

So after I say the words,

Just say the answer intuitively.

What's holding me back is.

Your awareness moving through your body,

Soul and mind.

Witnessing all that arises.

This is the power of your inner guidance.

Radical honesty without judgement.

Compassionate witnessing.

Breathing into your heart,

Offer tenderness to what you've uncovered.

Even this has purpose,

Even this can be transformed.

With radical honesty,

Say this aloud now.

What's holding me back is.

Feel the clarity of what you truly want,

And the insight of what's been holding you back.

Hold both with compassion,

And say gently,

So what I choose is.

Allow your choice to arise from the intelligence of your entire being.

Your body,

Soul and mind are aligned.

What you choose today,

With love,

Courage and clarity.

So finish this off,

And say it as loud as you can.

Say it again,

So I choose.

Let your words become an anchor of power and direction.

Let this choice ripple through your body,

Through every cell.

Let it shine through your soul,

As a sacred intention.

Let it inform your mind there is a new,

Clear path forward.

Now breathe into the center of your chest.

We're now going to anchor your clarity,

Breathing deeply into your chest.

Feel your heart holding the truth of your desire,

Your challenge and your choice.

Say softly,

I trust myself.

I trust my timing.

I trust the wisdom from within me.

Feel your whole being,

Your body,

Your soul and your mind harmonizing with this inner truth.

There is nothing else to fix,

Only to honor what you know.

Place one hand on your heart,

And one on your belly.

Stay here for a few moments,

Breathing,

Being and choosing.

As you start coming back from this powerful meditation,
