This breathwork is great as a daily practice for stress reduction, overwhelm, and anxiety.

Hi and welcome to this guided breath work.

In this breath work,

We will be cleansing the body,

Healing the auric fields,

Helping the body to relax and unwind,

Easing stress and anxiety,

Put you into a state of fulfillment with a clear mind,

And go back to your center and presence.

Set up tall and straight and fully relaxed.

We will begin our breath work by taking in two big breaths in through the nose,

Filling the belly,

Chest,

And head.

Hold briefly at the top and release all the air out through the mouth.

This breath work starts with you taking 20 foundational breaths continuously,

Then oming out your exhale.

On your 20th breath,

You will hold at the top for 10 seconds.

Then ome out your breath.

I will coach you through the whole thing.

With that being said,

Let's begin.

We'll take two big breaths in through the nose,

Filling the belly,

Chest,

And head.

Next,

We'll start going into the 20 foundational breaths.

Remember to let go of any anger,

Frustration,

Or bitterness.

Relax into your body and let go of any tightness or clenching of the fist or face.

Relax into your body and let go of all the tightness.

You've got this.

Just relax into the process and follow and focus on your breath.

Hold this one.

Hold at the top for 10 seconds.

Exhale with a ommmm,

Ommmm breath work.

This breath work is a powerful way to shift your internal state anytime and any place.

Take these last few moments to enjoy this state of relaxation and peace by breathing deeply in and out through the nose.
