Hello,

This is Carolyn Wallace.

Welcome to this peaceful nighttime journey.

Sleep under the stars.

As you settle into your bed,

Allow your body to soften.

Feel the weight of the day begin to melt away.

Your only task now is to rest.

The world can wait.

For now,

This moment is yours.

A sanctuary of stillness beneath a starry sky.

Gently bring your attention to your breath.

Inhale softly through your nose and exhale through your mouth with a gentle sigh.

Breathing in calm,

Exhaling tension.

With each breath,

Feel yourself sinking deeper into the mattress.

The surface beneath you fully supports your weight.

Relax your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your jaw,

Your shoulders.

Let your arms grow heavy,

Your hands warm and open.

Feel a wave of softness spreading through your entire body.

Now gently guide your awareness from the crown of your head down across your face and neck.

Notice any small muscles that are holding on and let them release.

Move your attention to your shoulders,

Your upper back,

Your chest.

Feel the rise and fall of your breath like slow waves.

Soften your belly.

Let your hips grow heavy and relaxed.

Move down through your thighs,

Knees and calves all the way to your ankles and toes.

Every part of you is invited to rest.

You are safe.

You are supported.

You are home.

Imagine now that you're lying beneath a vast night sky.

The air is cool and clean.

A soft breeze brushes across your skin.

Above you,

Countless stars shimmer like gentle lanterns floating in the dark.

The Milky Way stretches across the heavens,

An ocean of light.

Each star pulses softly,

Whispering peace into your heart.

You breathe with the rhythm of the universe.

Slow.

Steady.

Feel your body and the earth beneath you as one.

You are held by gravity,

By starlight,

By gentle night itself.

The stars above begin to shimmer brighter.

Their light surrounds you like a warm protective blanket.

Any worries,

Thoughts or unfinished tasks begin to float away.

They drift like clouds across the night sky,

Disappearing into stillness.

The stars whisper,

You have done enough.

You can rest now.

Think deeper into softness,

Drifting peacefully toward sleep.

Whisper to your heart,

I am safe.

I am loved.

I am free to rest.

With each breath,

You feel lighter,

Calmer,

More serene.

You're floating among the stars,

Weightless,

Peaceful.

A gentle hush surrounds you,

Wrapping you in soft night air.

The rhythm of your breath lulls you deeper.

Your mind drifts like a feather in moonlight.

Your body is completely at ease.

The space between each breath widens.

Sleep is gently arriving.

Softly.

Quietly.

Tenderly.

Rest now in this starry serenity.

Sleep peacefully,

Knowing you are held in calm and light.

From the peace within me,

To the peace within you.

Namaste.
