Welcome,

Start to settle into a comfortable seated position,

Allow your spine to rise naturally,

The shoulders to soften and fall,

And then give yourself permission to simply be.

Now take a slow gentle breath in,

And a long unhurried breath out.

And again,

Breathe in,

And slowly breathe out.

There's nothing you need to fix,

Nothing you need to work out,

This is simply a moment to arrive.

Letting go doesn't mean something never returns,

It means you're no longer being held by it.

Even one breath of ease matters,

Even one second of release teaches the nervous system something new.

Begin to notice the rhythm of your breathing.

As you breathe in,

Gently acknowledge whatever is here,

A thought.

And as you breathe out,

Allow yourself to soften around it,

Letting it move,

Savouring the space,

Just letting it go.

Even if it comes back immediately,

You've still let it go for a moment,

Whatever it is,

Whatever that moment of release,

And for however long,

Savour it.

Now imagine yourself as a sail on a wide open sea.

The winds of life,

Emotions,

Expectations,

Stress,

Sometimes pull and strain against you.

You don't fight the wind,

You don't try to stop the wind,

You simply loosen the ropes.

With each breath out,

The sail soften.

With each return,

It steadies again.

Breathing in,

Feeling what is here.

Breathing out,

Softening,

Releasing.

These moments are gifts,

Moments to unwrap simply by letting go,

Without force,

Without judgement,

Without effort.

Your mind will wander,

It'll drift back into stories,

Into the worries,

Into the emotions.

This is not failure,

This is a moment to practice letting go.

Each return is part of the journey,

Each release builds your capacity.

What you carry inside shapes how the world feels around you.

When the heart is heavy,

Life feels heavy.

When the mind is tense,

The world feels tense.

You don't have to chase better thoughts,

You simply create space by releasing what no longer serves you.

Let each breath become a gentle rhythm of release.

Inhale,

Noticing.

Exhale,

Letting go.

Inhale,

Feeling.

Exhale,

Softening.

Each time you do this,

You're teaching your body something new,

That it's safe to release,

That it does not have to hold on so tightly.

If emotions arise,

Sadness,

Fear,

Frustration,

Just let them be there.

Feel them.

Hold space for them.

You don't have to analyse them.

You don't have to fix them.

Just let them move with your breath.

Let them go with your breath.

A little more open,

A little less held.

This is not something to force,

This is something to allow.

Now just draw your awareness to your breath.

Follow the next gentle breath into the centre of you,

Connecting to your body.

Then use your body to connect to the space around you.

And then when you're ready,

Slowly flicker your eyes open.

Don't be in a hurry to focus them,

Just let them adjust to the light naturally.

Now take these feelings of space,

Balance and calm into the rest of your day.

Namaste.

Absolutley calming in so many ways reminded me of a ballad that leaves you in a tranze of flowing into whatever is. If that makes sense i really enjoyed this

Lovely 🙏🏽 Thank you, Christian, for another excellent opportunity to practice bringing my wandering mind back to your words and my breath. Wise words, gently spoken, encouraging the release of mental clutter. Another one saved, to return to. Ahhhhhhh….. 😊🙏🏽
