Stepping into your power,

Go ahead and settle into this moment.

Feel the newness of the day around you,

The quiet before things begin.

The light is fresh and so are you.

This morning,

We'll focus on stepping into your power,

The unique,

Strong strength that already lives within you.

Because today is an open invitation to move through your life with clarity,

With confidence,

And above all,

With ease.

Let's begin.

Close down your eyes or lower your gaze.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely.

Feeling your chest rise and expand.

Pause here for a moment,

Letting the fullness of the breath energize you.

Now,

Exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension from the night,

Any resistance to this moment.

And breathe like this for a few rounds.

Just letting yourself fully arrive in this new day.

Feeling the energy of the morning around you,

The air fresh with possibility as you breathe.

Each breath is an invitation to really begin again.

Now,

I invite you to bring your awareness to your body.

Feel the steady rhythm of your breath,

The strength that's in your core,

The groundedness of your feet,

Or what is beneath you.

You might be still in your bed,

That's okay.

This what you're feeling is your power,

Already here,

Already alive.

It is the essence of who you are,

Something that you have already earned.

And take a moment to feel it,

The quiet strength of your breath,

That steady beat of your heart,

And the vast potential in your being,

You are here,

And that alone is enough.

Repeating these affirmations softly in your mind or whispering them quietly.

I am fully grounded in my strength.

I trust myself to move through this day with clarity and ease.

I am capable,

Confident,

And whole.

And just let these words settle into you,

Becoming the very part of your foundation.

Now with each breath,

Just feel your power expanding.

It's gentle,

But unshakable.

It's soft,

But it's infinite.

Now with this power that you have within you,

Picture yourself moving through the day ahead.

See yourself meeting challenges with calm and with courage.

See yourself speaking and acting from a place of clarity and truth.

And see yourself carrying your power effortlessly,

Like a quiet flame that lights the path before you.

Whatever the day holds,

You are ready,

Not because you need to be perfect,

But because your strength is already within you.

As you prepare to step into your day,

Take one final deep breath in,

Gathering the energy of the morning,

The light,

The clarity.

And as you exhale,

Grounding yourself in this moment,

This truth.

I am here.

I am strong.

I am ready.

When you open your eyes,

Carry this power with you and let it guide you,

Sustain you,

And remind you of who you are.

This is your day.

Go forward with strength,

With ease,

And with the full presence of yourself.

Good morning and welcome to your day.
