Welcome,

This is a moment just for you,

A pause to come back to yourself.

If your mind feels restless,

Busy with endless thoughts,

Or if your body feels disconnected,

Tense,

Or tight,

You are in the right place.

In this meditation we will gently journey through your body and its energy centers,

The chakras,

Bringing balance and calm to your whole being.

There is no need to do anything but breathe and follow along.

Let yourself arrive fully here and now.

Take a deep breath in and exhale any tension or overwhelm.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Close your eyes if that feels safe and natural.

You can also look for a spot to focus on with a soft gaze.

Take a deep breath in and exhale fully.

Let your breath settle into a slow natural rhythm.

Notice the rise and fall of your chest and belly with each inhale and exhale.

If your mind feels busy,

Racing with thoughts,

Gently invite it to slow down and bring your awareness to your body.

Feel the surface beneath you and how it's supporting you,

Grounding you,

And anchoring you in this moment.

Now let's begin by focusing on the first chakra,

Your root chakra,

At the base of your spine.

Visualize a warm red light glowing here.

When the mind races,

The body can feel unsteady,

Disconnected,

As if there's no solid ground beneath you.

Imagine this red light growing brighter and stronger,

Stabilizing your energy.

Invite yourself to feel the earth's steadiness and support beneath you.

This is the space where you are held and where you are secure.

Breathe into this place of calm grounding.

Now shift your attention to your lower belly.

Visualize a gentle orange glow there.

In moments of overwhelm and chaos,

Creativity,

Pleasure,

And joy can feel distant or even blocked.

Allow this orange light to soften and warm your lower abdomen.

Invite feelings of ease,

Flow,

And joy.

Breathe with this warm orange glow and open yourself,

Feeling alive and inspired.

Now focus on your navel,

Your solar plexus,

And visualize a bright yellow sunshine there.

When the mind is caught in overanalyzing,

You might doubt your own power and clarity.

Let this yellow light strengthen your inner fire,

Your confidence,

Your personal strength,

And feel the warmth spreading through your core as you breathe deeply.

You are capable.

And you are enough.

And yes,

You can.

Now turn your attention to your heart center and imagine a soft green light glowing warmly here.

When you are overwhelmed,

Self-kindness and compassion can be hard to access.

Allow this green light to open your heart space,

Softening any tightness or resistance.

Invite feelings of love for yourself,

For others,

For everything around you.

Breathe into your heart,

Feeling it expand with warmth,

Compassion,

And acceptance.

Now bring your awareness to your throat and visualize a clear,

Calming blue light shining softly in this area.

When anxiety tightens your throat,

It can be hard to speak,

To speak your truth,

Or even to express your needs.

Allow this blue light to suit and open your throat center.

Feel how it softens and how your voice is gently rising,

Clear and authentic.

And breathe here.

Just breathe.

Shift your focus to the space between your eyebrows and visualize a deep indigo light glowing there.

When the mind is crowded with noise and worry,

Clarity and intuition can feel blocked or dim.

Invite this indigo light to clear the space,

Opening your inner vision.

Feel your inner calm and knowing arising as you breathe.

You are connected to your inner wisdom.

Finally,

Bring your attention to the crown of your head.

Visualize a violet light radiating gently above you.

When disconnected from spirit or meaning,

You might feel alone or adrift.

Allow this violet light to expand,

Connecting you to peace,

Spaciousness,

And a sense of unity beyond yourself.

Breathe into this light,

Feeling a calm openness wash over you.

Now bring your awareness to your whole body and visualize a white light,

Connecting every part of your body,

Mind,

And spirit.

Feeling the energy aligned,

Flowing freely through all your chakras.

Notice your breath,

Steady and calm.

This calm is not something you need to chase.

It's already inside you,

Waiting quietly beneath the noise.

Know that you're whole and deeply connected to your own strength and wisdom,

An inner calm.

When you're ready,

Gently bring movement back to your fingers and toes.

Stretch if you wish,

And in your own time,

Slowly open your eyes.

And carry this sense of balance with you throughout your day.
