Welcome to this guided meditation brought to you by Create the Calm.
Take a slow,
Gentle breath in and a full,
Easy breath out.
Again,
Inhale,
Feeling your chest and belly expand softly,
And exhale,
Letting your shoulders drop and your body begin to settle.
Allow yourself to arrive fully in this moment.
There's nowhere else to be right now,
Nothing else to do.
Just breathe,
And let the space around you begin to quiet.
If it feels good,
Close your eyes.
Let your awareness drift down into your body,
Down through your shoulders,
Your ribs,
Your hips,
All the way to the soles of your feet.
Notice the ground beneath you,
Holding you with quiet steadiness.
Each breath draws you deeper into connection with your body,
This steady home that carries you through every moment of your life.
And with each exhale,
Imagine that you're releasing a little bit of tension,
A little bit of effort.
Let go of what you've been holding,
What you've been managing or worrying about.
Right now,
Here,
You're safe.
You are supported.
You have enough time to breathe,
Enough air to fill your lungs,
Enough ground beneath you to hold your weight.
In this moment,
There is enough.
You are enough.
As your breath continues to slow,
Allow your mind to rest in the rhythm of your body,
Steady,
Grounded and present.
Let your breath anchor you in sufficiency.
Now imagine yourself standing in a wide open landscape.
The air is still and quiet,
And the ground beneath your feet feels dry and cracked.
This place represents the inner landscape of scarcity,
The feeling that there just isn't enough.
Maybe you can sense it in your chest,
That tightness that whispers,
There won't be enough time,
There won't be enough love,
There won't be enough for me.
Notice that feeling without judgment,
Just awareness.
You might even place a gentle hand over your heart and silently say,
I see you.
Then with your next breath,
Look up toward the horizon.
Far in the distance,
You notice clouds forming,
Soft,
Gray and full of promise.
The air begins to shift,
A subtle coolness moving through it.
You can smell the faint earthy scent of rain.
A single drop lands on your skin,
Then another and another.
Soon the sky opens and a gentle rain begins to fall,
Steady,
Nourishing,
Rhythmic.
It's not a storm.
It's a soft,
Cleansing rain that brings life back to everything it touches.
Feel it soaking into the ground around you.
Watch as the dry cracks begin to soften as tiny shoots of green push through the soil.
With each breath,
Feel that same renewal happening with you.
The fear that once gripped your chest begins to melt like dust in the rain.
Let your body receive this image of replenishment.
The rain represents flow.
The reminder that life isn't fixed or final,
But always moving,
Always renewing itself.
Every exhale releases what's been held too tightly.
Every inhale draws in nourishment,
Sufficiency,
Ease.
You don't have to earn this rain.
You don't have to chase it or deserve it.
It comes because it's the nature of the world to restore itself,
And you too are part of that world.
Imagine the water soaking into your body now,
Down through your scalp,
Your shoulders,
Your heart,
Your belly,
Your legs.
Cleansing fear and replacing it with trust.
Feel yourself opening,
Cell by cell,
Breath by breath,
To the truth that there is enough,
That you are enough.
Let the landscape around you bloom with color,
Grass softens beneath your feet,
A gentle breeze moves through the air,
Carrying the scent of new life.
The world is no longer dry and brittle.
It's alive and generous,
And you are part of that same generosity.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale any remaining tightness.
Let yourself rest in this feeling of replenishment.
Now begin to anchor these truths into your being.
I'll speak a series of affirmations,
And you can repeat them silently or aloud if it feels right.
Let them move through your body like the rhythm of the rain.
I release the fear that there is not enough.
I trust that life provides what I need in its own perfect timing.
I am open to receive what is already here for me.
I am safe to rest in sufficiency.
Abundance flows through me and around me effortlessly.
I let go of comparison and return to gratitude.
What I give returns to me in new and unexpected ways.
I am worthy of the fullness of life.
I am part of an endless flow of giving and receiving.
In this moment I have enough,
I am enough.
Take a slow breath in,
And feel those words settling like soft light through your body.
Exhale releasing any resistance.
Each breath affirms that you live in an abundant universe,
That scarcity was never the truth,
Only a momentary forgetting.
Bring your awareness back to the gentle rhythm of your breath.
Notice how it feels now compared to when we began.
Perhaps it moves more freely,
More softly.
Perhaps your body feels a little lighter.
Take a moment to acknowledge yourself for showing up,
For taking time to nurture this part of your healing.
Releasing fear isn't a one-time act,
It's a practice of remembering.
Each time you return to your breath,
To your body,
To this sense of enoughness,
You strengthen that remembrance.
Gently imagine the rain beginning to fade,
The clouds parting to reveal soft sunlight filtering through.
You can still feel the moisture in the air,
The freshness that follows renewal.
Let that image settle inside you as a symbol of your own abundance.
You carry it with you now,
Wherever you go.
Whenever scarcity thoughts arise,
You can return to your breath and remember.
The rain still falls,
Even when you can't see it,
The flow of life never stops.
Begin to deepen your breath,
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Feel the weight of your body supported by the ground beneath you.
If your eyes are closed,
Gently blink them open.
Take a moment to look around your space,
To really see what's here.
The textures,
The colors,
The light.
Notice how much you already have right here.
Let gratitude rise,
Not as a forced feeling,
But as a natural awareness of enough.

You are enough.
