Right now,

Nothing is serious.

Nothing is heavy.

This meditation is about lightness,

About curiosity,

Playfulness,

And just seeing the world the way you did when you were little.

So no stress,

No expectations,

Just the joy of being here right now.

So find a comfortable spot,

Sit or lie down in just whatever way feels good to you.

You can close your eyes or just let your gaze soften.

Just take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.

Let's begin.

So let's just start with a simple breath to bring ease into your body.

Imagine you're holding a tiny feather in the palm of your hand.

It's soft,

Delicate,

And weightless.

As you breathe in,

The feather lifts gently with the air.

And as you exhale,

It floats back down.

Let's try it together.

Inhale slowly,

Feeling the air lift the feather.

Hold for just a moment,

Feeling the lightness in your chest.

Exhale gently,

Watching the feather float back down.

Again,

Inhale,

Let the feather rise.

Hold,

Feel the stillness in your body.

And exhale,

Watch it drift gently down.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming lighter,

More open.

Like the feather,

Let yourself be carried by the moment,

By your breath.

Now,

Imagine yourself standing in a wide,

Open space.

Maybe it's a field filled with wildflowers,

A beach with golden sand,

Or even a childhood playground.

Everything around you just feels bright,

Fresh,

And alive.

The air smells sweeter,

The colors seem richer,

And there's a soft,

Joyful hum in the atmosphere.

In the middle of this space,

You see a pathway made of stepping stones.

Each stone represents a moment of curiosity,

A time when you felt completely in awe of the world.

And as you step onto the first stone,

A memory surfaces.

Maybe it's the thrill of jumping into puddles after it rains,

The excitement of catching fireflies,

Or the wonder of looking at the stars,

Believing that they have secrets just for you.

Or maybe that the moon is always following you,

Because you're special.

Now take another step,

Another memory,

The joy of swinging so high you felt like you could fly,

The feeling of grass between your fingers or plucking it from the ground,

The magic of seeing the world without limits.

Now pause here.

Let yourself feel it,

The pure joy of just simply being.

The world hasn't lost its magic.

You've just been looking at it through tired eyes.

Now with a deep inhale,

Gather this sense of wonder.

Let it fill your chest.

And as you exhale,

Send it through your entire body,

Maybe smiling,

Welcoming it back.

Just welcome it.

Breathing normally.

Ask yourself,

How can I bring this lightness into my life?

Maybe it's laughing more,

Not just when things are funny,

But just because.

Maybe it's playing with colors,

Doodling,

Singing off-key or on-key,

If you're a singer.

Or letting yourself dance,

Even when no one's watching.

Maybe it's taking a moment to really notice the world,

The way sunlight dances through the trees,

How the wind feels against your skin,

And how the ground holds you,

No matter what.

Just being so free.

Free.

See,

You don't have to try so hard.

Joy is already here,

Waiting for you to notice it.

It's waiting for you to notice it.

If you're not already,

Bring a big smile on your face.

Feel it radiating into the room.

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

Take in the joy that you've created in this moment.

Hold at the top,

And feel the lightness that you've created within yourself.

Feel how good it feels to smile,

And to hold this in the moment.

Now exhale all the heaviness,

Responsibilities,

Let that go.

You are joy.

Now keep smiling,

Breathing normally,

Just be in this moment with yourself,

Your childlike wonder self.

Now slowly bring your awareness back to the present.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

Maybe wiggling your whole body.

Just remember,

This sense of wonder never left you.

It's always been here,

Waiting for you to welcome it back.

One last deep breath in,

Smile on your face,

And exhale fully.

Now when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Start to look around the room.

Maybe you notice something different about your room,

After doing this meditation.

Notice something new about your environment that you haven't noticed before.

There is joy in the small things,

And there is magic in the everyday life that we live.

I hope you can go out and conquer your day,

Just feeling alive,

And like a child again,

Just happy to be here.

I'm happy to be here,

And I hope you are too.

So,

As you go throughout your day,

Or the rest of your night,

However you're listening to this,

Just keep being you,

Stay present,

And stay humble.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.
