Tapping To Remove Blocks To You Manifesting Your Dreams

We all want to manifest, but why are some people better than others at manifesting? You may be blocking your power of manifestation with doubts and negative beliefs. Many of these beliefs can be hidden from us. This tapping meditation removes these blocks, allowing you to become your best manifester.

Hello,

Today's meditation is a tapping meditation,

One to help remove the blocks preventing us from manifesting our dreams.

Many of us have dreams that we want to manifest,

But we prevent this manifestation because we have fears or doubt,

Or maybe we feel that we're not worthy.

We may be aware,

Or we may not be aware of what is blocking us from reaching these desires.

And so today we tap to remove these emotions and these thoughts that are blocking us from reaching our dreams.

And let's begin by finding ourselves in a comfortable position.

And take in a deep breath and let it go.

And bring to mind a desire that you have,

One that you want to manifest into your life.

And as you do,

Notice how your body responds.

And we'll begin by tapping on the karate part of the hand.

Even though there were thoughts preventing me from manifesting my dreams,

I believe that I am worthy.

Even though something is blocking my manifestation energy,

I believe in the power of manifestation.

I believe in me.

And we check in again with the body after making these statements and see how do you feel.

On a scale from 0 to 10,

With 0 being,

Yes,

I believe that I can manifest my dreams.

I have seen this energy in my life.

And 10 being,

I don't believe it hasn't happened.

Something is preventing me from manifesting my dreams.

Measure your feelings in this moment.

And do me a favor,

Write this down.

Often we forget.

And so we write that number down.

And let's begin to tap.

And we tap on these feelings that might be preventing us from manifesting our dreams.

And we tap on these feelings in order to release them.

And let's tap on the middle of the eyebrows.

And notice what is coming up for you as we have this conversation.

What comes up for you?

And we're tapping on the middle of the eyebrows and we're noticing our thought and we're bringing our awareness to our body.

And we move our tapping hand to outside of the eye.

And what did come up for you?

Is there a doubt creeping in?

Are you beginning to doubt your ability to manifest your desires?

What does that doubt feel like?

What does it sound like?

Is doubt creeping in?

And we're tapping on the outside of the eye.

And bring that tapping to under the eye.

And maybe we believe that manifestation can occur.

But maybe this happens for others,

But not for me.

And maybe you believe that you are not deserving.

And so I believe in manifestation,

But just not for me.

Are these thoughts that you are having?

Do you believe that you are not worthy or deserving of manifesting your dreams?

And maybe you've never said this out loud.

And we're bringing the tapping to under our nose and ask yourself that question.

Do I believe that I am worthy?

And maybe something you did or something you didn't do is telling you that you're not worthy,

That you need to be a certain way.

Check in and notice,

Is this something that is coming up for you?

As we tap under the nose,

We ask ourselves,

Am I worthy?

And bring the tapping to on top of the chin and bring those thoughts,

Those fears,

Bring them to the forefront and say them out loud so that we face them.

So that we no longer push them down,

But we let them be felt in order for them to be released.

And we tap on the chin and we say them out loud,

I'm afraid that I'm not worthy.

I think that others can manifest,

But I am not the type that can manifest.

I doubt my abilities.

I am not good enough.

What is coming up for you?

Say it out loud.

Let them be released.

Let these thoughts be heard.

Let these emotions be felt.

And we are tapping on the chin and know that even though these are difficult words to say,

That these are hard emotions to feel,

That in this moment you are safe.

And these are only words.

These are only thoughts.

And bring the tapping to your collarbone and notice where in your body do you feel these emotions?

When you say these words out loud,

How do they show up?

Is there pain?

Is there tightness?

Is there an uncomfortable,

Heavy feeling?

And where do you feel this?

In the shoulders?

In the belly?

Across the forehead or the temple?

Where are these emotions showing up for you?

Bring your awareness to that place in the body.

And again,

We do so without judgment,

Without trying to push this away.

We do so,

So that we can experience it,

We can feel it,

And then we can set it free.

We allow our body to experience what it wants to be felt.

We acknowledge and we accept.

And we do so as we tap on the collarbone.

Because tapping reminds the body that we are safe and you are safe in this moment.

And bring your tapping to under the arm.

I want to manifest,

But maybe I'm afraid of change.

And so I do so.

But I hold back.

Maybe I'm afraid that I might fail.

And so I don't want to try because then it will show up as a failure.

Or maybe I'm feeling so down that I don't even know what I want to manifest.

What is coming up for you in this moment as you consider your life and manifestation?

Are you ready to manifest your dreams?

What comes up for you that is blocking this?

Is it fear?

Is it fear of failure?

Fear of change?

Or are you feeling down and you don't know what you want?

And we're tapping under the arm.

And we know that we are safe as we dive deeper into these ideas,

Into our feelings,

Into our beliefs.

And bring your tapping to the top of the head.

And say,

I want to be a manifester.

And so maybe I can start small.

As I shift my beliefs to one of believing in myself and my abilities.

I can soften into this idea.

I can relax into the idea that I too hold this power.

And as we tap on the top of the head,

We breathe.

And allow the body to soften.

Allow any places where tightness and tension has crept in to relax.

You are safe.

You are safe.

And let your hands rest.

And once again,

We check in.

And on that scale from 0 to 10,

Where are you now?

Where do you place yourself as a believer in your ability to manifest your dreams?

And there is no right,

There is no wrong.

Your number might have risen or lowered.

Or maybe it stayed the same.

We're just checking in to see how energy is moving through us.

And let's continue tapping.

But now I would like us to tap on how we want to feel.

And so we bring the tapping to the middle of our eyebrows.

I am ready to step into my power.

I am ready to accept my ability,

The energy,

To be a manifester.

I am ready.

And we bring our tapping to outside the eye.

I am worthy.

I am worthy of manifesting my dreams and my desires.

And we're tapping outside the eyes.

I am worthy.

And bring the tapping to under the eyes.

I am worthy.

Not because of what I have done,

What I have.

.

.

How much money I have or what I own.

I am worthy because I am me.

And we are tapping under the eye.

And we check in to see how comfortable this feels to say,

I am worthy.

I am worthy.

And bring the tapping to under the nose.

I can feel this energy.

My energy of manifestation begin to flow through me.

I can feel the energy moving in me.

And we're tapping under the nose.

And we're bringing our awareness to our body.

And we notice the energy begin to flow through us.

And tap on the chin.

I believe in my ability to manifest.

I believe in myself.

I believe in my ability to manifest.

Let's tap on the collarbone.

I soften and I open my heart.

I accept.

I believe.

As we tap on the collarbone,

We soften the body.

We open our hearts.

I accept.

And bring your tapping to under the arm.

I can change my story.

I can change my story to the one that I want to believe.

That I am a wonderful manifester.

I am changing my story.

I am a manifester.

I can manifest.

I change my story.

And let's tap on the top of the head.

And begin to envision yourself.

Step into your desired life.

See yourself already manifesting.

Put yourself there.

I want you to experience it as if it's happening right now.

As we tap on the top of the head,

We feel the emotions.

We envision and see our body in this place.

Envision yourself a manifester.

And to help us strengthen this belief,

Let's move through these positive manifestations one more time.

And we'll go through them a little bit quicker.

And we tap on the middle of the eyebrow.

I am ready.

Ready to step into my power.

And we move to the outside of the eyes.

I am worthy of manifesting my desires.

I am worthy.

And we tap under the eye.

I am worthy because I am me.

I am worthy.

And we tap under the nose.

And we begin to feel that energy flowing through us.

We feel it in our feet,

In our hands.

We feel it moving through our core,

Through our blood vessels,

Through ourselves.

We feel the energy of manifestation moving through us.

Tap on the chin.

I believe in myself.

I believe in my ability to manifest.

On the collar.

I soften and I open my heart.

I accept.

I believe.

And tap under the arm.

I can change my story.

I am changing the story that I tell about myself.

And my new story is,

I am a wonderful manifester.

I am a wonderful manifester.

And tap on the top of the head.

And envision yourself stepping into this new life.

You are a manifester.

You can manifest your dreams.

And allow the hands to rest.

And check in once again.

And on that scale of zero to ten,

Where are you now?

And our goal is to move all the way to a zero.

And maybe we can shoot that scale in the other direction.

To one of not feeling like I'm okay with this.

But truly believing.

Feeling so powerful in our ability to have the energy to manifest.

And I will leave you now.

But I will let the music play for just a bit longer.

And you can rest here with your eyes closed.

Envisioning yourself in this new life.

Or if you'd like,

You can come back to the beginning and continue to tap.

Until you get to that number that you want to be at.

And know that tapping is a wonderful tool.

Whether we believe or not,

It is working.

It is lowering cortisol.

Allowing the body to soften and to relax.

Allowing the energy to flow more freely.

Moving you closer to being a wonderful manifester.
