Take a moment to simply arrive.
Right here,
In this present moment.
You don't need to be anywhere special or change anything.
Just be here as you are.
Bring your attention gently to the breath.
Notice the inhale and the exhale.
Let the inhale arrive and let the exhale soften.
Feel your feet flat on the ground.
Feel the weight of your body supported beneath you.
Let your shoulders soften just a little more.
And with each breath,
Allow yourself to settle.
Nothing to fix,
Nothing to achieve,
Just being in this moment as it is.
Now take three slow breaths.
Inhale gently through the nose and exhale slowly through the mouth.
Again,
Inhale and exhale.
One more time.
Inhale and exhale.
Notice what's shifted even slightly.
You have just given your body and mind a moment to reset.
This is the power of the pose.
