Thank you and welcome to this meditation.

We're going to take small simple steps,

This meditation is primarily for the development of the mind's eye,

Helping to become more intuitive,

More aware,

And also more emotionally intelligent.

It's important when practicing meditation to be patient with yourself,

With your body,

And with your spirit as it learns these new hardwired paths to more readily,

Availably connect.

Begin here with a beautiful long deep through the nose,

Beginning at the toes and the feet,

Simply being aware of their existence.

Find and spread the toes,

Being aware of each individual toe.

Allow,

We take this awareness of the feet,

Allow,

Moving up to the shins and the legs,

We allow and accept,

We're moving to the hips and the belly,

To simply allow and accept.

And inside the mind simply saying,

I allow and I accept,

We're moving to the belly,

We allow and accept,

We're moving to the chest,

The shoulder,

We allow and accept.

Moving down the arms,

The palms of the hands and up to the throat,

And the neck,

Accept,

Moving to the face,

And accept,

Receiving the full body,

The full body as it is now,

Here and now,

In this present moment.

Receiving it only for love and acceptance is,

When breathing in,

Exhaling,

Nurture my own peace,

I welcome and fully experience all of my emotions.

I am in this situation,

I deserve to be gentle towards myself.

When you're surrendering your body and feeling your body being as it is now,

When you have exactly as you are,

Your presence,

You are filled with life,

Possibilities,

I deserve peace in my life.

I am proud of how I handle all situations,

I pay attention to the way my body feels,

And respond accordingly.

In this moment,

I am thankful for the situation,

Because I am learning how to take better care of myself.

Simply allowing yourself in this moment to accept exactly as you are,

Taking the careful time and attention to simply allow and know you are enough in this moment.

Focusing on the gentle breaths of the body,

Allowing the body to find its own rhythm,

Allowing yourself to take as long as it needs to rest and relax in this present moment.

Allowing the acceptance to just gently rest and sit in this moment,

Taking as long as you need.
