It's time to take a moment.

Whatever just happened doesn't matter right now.

Right now,

You're taking a moment of calm.

Take in a deep breath.

Fill up your belly.

Take in a tiny little more and hold it at the top.

And then let it all out your mouth.

This is your moment of calm.

Breathing in to the count of 4,

3,

2,

1.

Hold it at the top for 4,

3,

2,

1.

And then breathe out for 5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Let's repeat this.

Breathe in for 1,

2,

3,

4.

Hold it at the top for 1,

2,

3,

4.

And breathing out for 5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Keep this pattern of breathing and focus on the sensation of your breath.

The air coming in and out your nose.

If the thoughts of whatever just happened come up,

As they were,

That's okay.

Just gently let them go like clouds in the sky passing you by.

You can come back to those thoughts later.

This is your moment of calm.

Keep focusing on the sensation of your breath.

When you're ready,

Take in a deep inhale.

And then let it all out your mouth in a long exhale.

You can open your eyes.

Come back to the space.

Calmer.

And ready for whatever comes at you today.
