Hello and welcome.

I hope you enjoy this meditation.

To prepare,

Feel free to sit up straight or lie down in a comfortable position.

This meditation is about releasing and connecting to our greater wisdom,

And there is no wrong way to do so,

So long as you feel most comfortable.

Close your eyes and connect gently into yourself.

Imagining each number growing larger in the front of your forehead as you think of it,

Counting back three,

Two,

One.

We're going to take three deep cleansing breaths,

And each one will test us a bit more.

Be ready to hold your breath for a little while longer,

As with each breath,

We will state a mantra and fully embody it.

I will state it out loud,

While you imagine it going through you in the breath.

Ready?

Breathing in for nine counts.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine.

Now holding and keeping the following statement present.

Teach me through peace,

Not pain.

And breathe in again,

A bit higher,

And stay within your mind.

I am listening now.

Make this agreement.

Now breathe out for nine counts.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine.

And hold it out,

Feeling that empty space in your belly.

While we are here,

Again,

We will repeat our first change pattern.

Teach me through peace,

Not pain.

Breathing out a little bit more,

Seeing if we have some extra air to get rid of.

And stating to ourselves,

I am listening now.

Breathing in for nine counts.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine.

Now holding and embodying the following statement.

Put me in alignment with what's already mine.

Breathing in a bit higher,

Embodying.

I am ready to receive,

Without resistance.

Now breathe out for nine counts.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine.

Hold it.

We've opened the flow.

And again,

We will repeat the statement as we hold our bellies empty.

Put me in alignment with what's already mine.

Letting out a bit more air.

I am ready to receive without resistance.

And finally,

Our third breath.

Breathing in for nine counts.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine.

Now hold it.

And we will clear the path by stating.

Show me what's no longer meant for me.

Breathing in a bit higher and give me the strength to let it go.

Breathing out for nine counts.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine.

Good job.

And finally,

Emptying our stomachs completely.

Repeating in your mind with me.

Show me what's no longer meant for me.

Letting out a bit more air and give me the strength to let it go.

If you enjoy remaining in apnea,

You may hover a little while longer in this space between stimulus and response.

But if you are ready,

You may breathe normally once again.

Taking a moment of silence to connect with your deepest self.

Feeling the chest rise and fall as it continues to assume its normal breathing pattern.

Connecting with the body,

Your beautiful body,

Thanking your body for all it has done for you.

Carrying you to each place you've been to explore,

Learn,

Experience,

And grow from.

Really feeling connected to this body.

All the food it has allowed us to taste.

The pain it has shown us on where we needed to heal.

The pleasure it has enabled us to feel.

Thanking our bodies.

Fully understanding how lucky we are to have these bodies.

And how amazing it is to be a human being.

Without bodies,

We'd be floating in the ethers in a variety of dimensions.

And we can always connect and remember what it is to be there.

Though right now,

In this time-space frequency,

We have the incredible chance to also be here,

Getting to live and experience planet Earth.

As light beings,

We know that all is energy,

As are we.

And we will now take a moment to connect through our heart chamber.

Remembering our sovereignty.

And requesting light to go through our bodies,

Uniting from the crown of our heads.

Flooding each and every trillionth cell we have.

Beaming light all the way through to our toes.

And creating a three-foot field surrounding us at 360 degrees of light.

Glowing in this light and as we breathe in.

As if through a straw,

We concentrate all this light back into our hearts.

This serves as additional protection and healing for our bodies.

Breathing in,

Feeling charged,

And relaxing back down.

We are going to talk about purification of the mind in order to rise.

The mind,

A beautiful and immortal part of us.

Which we must learn to domesticate and appreciate.

For what it is here to teach us.

It is through the mind that we can experience greatest sufferings.

And it is through the mind that we can take our power back and live to tell the story.

By choosing our thoughts for our highest good,

We train the mind.

The brain is a receiver.

We always have the choice on which thoughts we'd like to entertain.

And which thoughts to let go of.

Perhaps we'd like to let go of them all one day,

Once observed.

Until then,

Learning to discern which thoughts matter.

The ones that deserve our attention.

Or the ones that keep us on the ferris wheel of self-pity,

Over-indulgence,

Over-analysis,

Or self-destruction.

Just to name a few.

Or the ones originating in past stories and the narratives that keep us small and disempowered.

It is our choice which thoughts we wish to entertain.

Breathing in once more slowly to acknowledge this teaching.

I have found the point to be,

Pretty much every time,

That we need to slow down to begin to notice when these thoughts are overtaking us in the present moment.

In this world of information explosion,

Unprecedented evolutionary speeds,

And never before seen rates of innovation,

It is only when we slow down that we can see clearly.

This is our secret weapon.

We can take responsibility for our thoughts.

We can shut ourselves off.

Recognizing when the thoughts that serve,

The thoughts that nourish,

As well as the thoughts that drown us,

And the thoughts that perpetuate a painful story.

This is a time of purification of the mind.

What is happening across the world is beyond our capacity to control.

And it is important not to feel small or unable to help.

Because if each and every one of us were able to feel peace,

This world would be a very different world.

Attention.

Peace and not happiness.

Happiness implies the opposite must exist.

Noticing the beliefs,

The patterns,

The behaviors that originate from a place of pain,

Or the feeling of when they are coming from the open,

Kind,

And compassionate presence.

We have access to both.

So let us choose.

Now,

Each of us putting our hands on our hearts,

Tuning into what we are feeling,

Anchoring ourselves,

Naming the emotions that are present.

Without judgment.

Acknowledging what is there.

Turning towards the uncomfortable feelings with kindness,

Warmth,

And curiosity.

What does this part of you need in this moment?

Offering this vulnerable part of you,

Ease,

Comfort,

Love,

And gratitude for showing itself.

For allowing to see yourself fully.

Breathing in once more,

All the magic and joy of the universe.

Breathing out any little cogs and webs that no longer serve you.

Breathing in love for our ancestors.

Dating back infinite generations.

Our family lines.

Sending love to our loved ones today with us and beyond us.

And breathing out,

Transforming any of their pain and suffering that is not ours to hold.

Finally,

Breathing in love and gratitude towards ourselves for showing up today.

And breathing out any self-doubt and judgment.

When you are ready,

You may open your eyes,

Drink lots of water.

You may want to grab a journal to write down your thoughts and experience.

More than anything,
