Welcome and greetings friends.

My name is Jessie and I am grateful that you are joining me for end of week reflections,

A journal practice.

This session is designed for you to use regularly to reflect at the end of your week.

Use this practice over time to keep a record to review what consistently goes well for you and where your lessons lie.

We take a moment to reflect on our goals and give gratitude.

This is meant to be a quick 10-minute practice that you can build upon if you have more time to reflect or you want to take a deeper dive.

So if you haven't already,

Get out your journal and favorite writing utensil or open your notes app in your phone or grab whatever you need to meaningfully engage in this practice.

Let's get started.
