Hello and welcome.

This is Lauren Bernard and I'm so grateful to share this time with you.

Together we'll step into this calm sacred space,

Opening the doorway of the third eye to connect with your highest truth and inner vision.

Take the next few moments to gather any props you may wish to use for your practice.

Bringing along any crystals and perhaps an essential oil you might add a light touch of to your third eye center in the center of your forehead to amplify your meditation.

As you begin to settle in,

Take a moment to find your own cocoon of support.

A shape where your body feels safe,

Held and completely at ease.

Whether that's lying down with soft cushions or pillows or bolster in as many blankets as you might wish to use.

Perhaps even adding an eye pillow to block the light from filtering through the eyelids and curling up like a butterfly resting in its chrysalis.

Or you might take a seated position with your spine tall and sitting bones grounded in the support beneath you,

Finding the space where you can relax deeply and begin this journey inward.

Can you begin to allow the eyes to fully relax?

Can you begin to draw a slow deep inhale in through the nose and a gentle unhurried exhale?

With each breath,

Invite the body to soften,

The mind to quiet and your awareness to gather inwards.

Let the external world begin to fade into the background as if you are stepping into a soft and sacred space within.

On your next inhale,

Can you invite two sips in through the nose to fill your entire body with prana?

Slowly exhale through a parted mouth,

Feeling your body relax even deeper into the supports beneath you,

Sensing the earth rising up to hold you in this shape.

So you no longer have to hold any tension,

There's no longer a need for any gripping in the muscles or clenching in the jaw.

And now,

In this space between stillness and awareness,

Can you call upon your sankalpa,

A heartfelt intention born from the wisdom of your higher self.

It may be a statement of truth,

A vision you are stepping into,

Or a quality that you are ready to embody.

You may already be working with a sankalpa,

Or you may wish to silently affirm,

I trust the wisdom within me,

I see clearly beyond fear and illusion.

And whatever arises,

Can you repeat it as if it's a whisper from your soul in the present tense,

As if it's already true.

Can you feel this sankalpa take root like a seed planted in the fertile soil of your consciousness?

And now,

Can you sense yourself being held in a space of clarity and calm,

A place where you can release the need to figure out and instead simply know?

Can you begin to bring your awareness to the space between your eyebrows,

Your ajna chakra,

The center of your inner vision and intuitive knowing.

Here,

Imagine a soft indigo light beginning to glow,

Gentle at first,

Like twilight just after the sun has set.

With each breath,

This light grows brighter and more radiant,

Washing away any mental clutter,

Dissolving old stories,

Clearing the fog from your inner sky.

As the light expands,

Can you sense that you are connecting to a vast infinite intelligence,

And infinite intelligence.

The same energy that moves the tides,

Births the stars,

And whispers truth into the quiet of your being.

When we connect to our inner wisdom,

We remember that we are not a drop in the ocean,

We are the entire ocean in a single drop.

Beautifully said by Rumi.

Could you let this truth ripple through you,

As you are not separate from guidance,

From love,

From source.

You are a part of it,

And in stillness,

You can hear it speak.

As you embrace this peaceful state of being,

Can you be open to receiving a love note or a message from your soul?

It could be words,

A feeling tone,

A symbol,

Or an image that comes to you.

Receive it with an open heart.

It may be clear or subtle.

It could be simply a deep sense of knowing.

Trust whatever arises,

Or the peace that comes from simply being here.

Can you return to your sankalpa,

And see it surrounded by the same radiant indigo light,

Energized and supported by the wisdom of your higher self?

Could you repeat it silently three times,

Feeling it ripple through your mind,

Body,

And spirit?

Perhaps you are repeating your own sankalpa you're working with,

Or maybe repeating the offering at the beginning of this meditation.

I trust the wisdom within me.

I see clearly beyond fear and illusion,

The primordial sound of the universe.

As you breathe in,

Imagine receiving the light into the third eye center,

And breathing out,

And letting the vibrational tone of Aum cascade through you like a gentle waterfall,

And welcoming Aum into your heart space for one more full,

Deep breath in,

And releasing it through the whole body.

If you wish to stay just as you are for as long as you desire,

Grant yourself this gift.

But if the moment feels right,

And you are ready,

Might you emerge slowly from your cocoon of stillness,

Like a caterpillar transformed,

Your wings painted with the colors of your inner truth,

Ready to soar into the boundless,

Horizon ahead,

Slowly bringing your awareness back to your physical body,

Through noticing each contact point of the body and the surface beneath you,

From the head to the heels.

Notice now the expansion and release as you breathe here,

With deepened awareness of your prana,

Your life force,

And the sensations within the mind,

Body,

And energy field around you.

Can you slowly begin to wiggle the fingers and toes,

Moving the body slowly and gently to reawaken however you wish.

You may continue to shapeshift and rise as it suits you in this moment,

In this time of your day or night.

You might keep the eyes closed,

Or you may start to allow the light to filter through the eyelids if you are ready to awaken fully,

And gently blink the eyes back open.

May all beings,

Everywhere,

Be happy,

Healthy,

Peaceful,

And free.

Om Shanti Shanti Shanti,

Om Peace Peace Peace.

And may that mantra,

That message,

Ripple through the whole world,

Spreading love and joy,

Peace and harmony,

Wherever it needs it most.

Thank you so much for sharing this time and space with me today.

It is always such a joy and an honor to be your guide on this journey inward.

Until we meet again,

May you carry this peace and clarity with you into all that you do.

Keep shining brightly,

Dear ones.

Namaste.
