Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down,

In a place where you won't be disturbed.

Close your eyes and begin by taking a few deep breaths.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Feeling your chest and belly rise,

And exhale fully through your mouth,

Letting go of any tension.

Take another deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Allow yourself to settle into this moment.

Your only focus right now is your breath and your well-being.

As you continue to breathe slowly and deeply,

Bring your attention to the parts of your body that are connected to the surface beneath you.

Feel the solid support under your body.

Imagine roots extending from your body into the ground,

Anchoring you to the earth.

These roots represent your strength and determination.

Feel this connection grounding you,

Giving you stability and support on your journey to freedom from vaping.

Now gently bring your attention to your breath.

Notice the rhythm of your breathing without trying to change it.

Simply observe how it feels to breathe.

Every inhale brings fresh,

Clean air into your lungs.

Every exhale is a release of old habits,

Cravings,

And anything that no longer serves you.

With each breath in,

Feel a sense of calm filling your body.

With each breath out,

Let go of any urge or tension.

You are in control.

You are capable of change.

As you continue to breathe,

Repeat these positive affirmations to yourself,

Either silently or out loud.

Allow these words to resonate with you,

Empowering you on your path to quitting vaping.

I am strong and I have the power to make positive changes in my life.

I release the habit of vaping and embrace a healthier,

Cleaner life.

Each day,

I grow stronger and more in control of my choices.

I deserve to live a life free from addiction and I choose health and freedom.

I am patient and kind with myself as I move through this journey.

I trust my body to heal and thrive without vaping.

Cravings are temporary,

But my strength is lasting.

I am proud of myself for taking steps toward freedom and well-being.

Repeat any of these affirmations that resonate with you and allow yourself to feel the truth in these words.

Imagine each one sinking deep into your mind and body,

Reinforcing your commitment to quitting.

Now visualize yourself free from vaping.

Picture yourself breathing deeply,

Your lungs clean and clear.

Imagine the energy,

Vitality and clarity that fills your body as you live free from nicotine.

See yourself enjoying activities,

Feeling proud and empowered,

Knowing you have made this positive change.

Hold this vision in your mind.

Let it fill you with a sense of peace and determination.

As we begin to bring this meditation to a close,

Take one final deep breath in and let it out slowly.

Take a moment to feel gratitude for yourself and the progress that you are making.

You are moving toward a healthier,

Freer life and every step you take brings you closer.

When you are ready,

Bring your awareness back to the room.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Stretch if you need to and gently open your eyes.

Carry this sense of calm and strength with you as you continue on your journey to quit vaping.
