Hello and welcome,

I am Muna and today I am going to whisper you some words and light codes to allow you to come back to silence and calm.

I would like you to listen to my voice and to let yourself be guided by the frequency in my voice so you can relax deeper and deeper.

Take a deep breath and allow yourself to relax completely.

Allow every muscle to relax completely.

It is all good.

It's all fine.

You can relax.

You can let yourself relax.

I want you to be sure that by the end of this recording you are going to be very relaxed.

And in your body.

Allow yourself to bring your light to your physical body and allow yourself to breathe deeper.

Deeper and deeper and deeper.

Releasing any weight that you are carrying.

Releasing all of this weight that you are carrying.

And as you are breathing,

I would like you to remember that you are at the center of your life.

That you are a sovereign being.

That you are a free being.

That nothing can control you.

That you are pure love and that your love is so beautiful and pure.

And so give yourself this love.

Give yourself the gift of your own love.

Allow yourself to relax your brain and to relax your energy.

To relax your thoughts.

And take another deep breath and set the intention of receiving these light scopes to be able to relax even deeper.
