Welcome to this heart healing meditation.

Thank yourself for taking the time for you,

Taking this time to clear your mind and just be in the present moment.

Find a seated position or you may lay down,

That's your choice today,

Whatever is going to be most comfortable for you.

And you can be seated in lotus position on the floor or with support against a wall or in a chair or lying down.

Just make sure you have comfort and cushions,

Maybe even a blanket that you can take on and off depending on your temperature.

Just make yourself the most comfortable that you can.

And closing your eyes or looking down and softening your gaze,

Just taking a scan of your body,

Noticing how you feel,

Are there any areas where you need to adjust and create more comfort for yourself,

Any areas of tightness that you maybe weren't aware of,

What are you noticing?

Taking a breath in through your nose and all the way deep into your ribcage,

Down into your belly,

Pulling that air all the way through and then exhaling through your mouth with a loud,

And taking in another breath in through your nose,

Just feeling that air come through your nostrils,

Down through the back of your throat,

Through your chest and your lungs,

Expanding deeper,

Deeper into that belly,

Grabbing that air,

Expanding a little bit more and then taking it out through your mouth with a loud,

And taking in a final big breath,

Your biggest yet,

Just taking that breath in through your nose,

All the way down,

Expanding those lungs,

Expanding that belly,

Allowing the breath to just fill up and expand and then pushing it out through your mouth with a deep,

Exhale,

And softening your body just a little bit more,

Noticing where you might be tight,

Noticing your jaw,

Do you need to relax a little bit more,

Allowing those muscles just to melt,

Taking that feeling down through your neck and your shoulders,

Where can you let go,

A little bit more,

Scanning your body down through your belly to your hips,

Do you need to make any adjustments,

A little bit more comfort,

Scanning all the way down to your knees,

To your ankles,

To your toes and not scanning in any way of any criticism but just pure love and observation for you and your body and what are your needs,

What are your needs today,

Are you listening,

Are you listening to your body,

Are you taking those moments to pause and for it to say,

Hey,

I need a rest,

Or I need to stretch,

Or I need to do this to feel a little bit better,

Making sure your eyes are closed,

Your gaze is down,

Imagine a white light at the top of the crown of your head and pulling that light down through your crown,

Past your eyes,

Past your nose,

Watching that beautiful white light just drain down through your neck,

Past your jaw and your clavicle,

Through your ribcage and down into your belly,

Down to your hips,

Expanding through your legs,

Down to your knees,

To your calves,

To your ankles and out through your toes and then bringing that light back up to your crown and taking it down again past your eyes and your nose and your mouth and your jaw and your neck and taking that white light down to your shoulder blades and this time it's going to go down your arms to your elbows,

To your wrists,

Through each little finger on your hand,

Shooting out into the sky and now I just imagine that light just fully enveloped around your body and you're in this beautiful cocoon egg of white light,

Almost like you're back in your mother's belly,

Just in a womb space of white light and just feeling the warmth and beauty of this light,

Noticing how your heart feels in this light,

What energy is around your heart?

Does it feel light?

Does it feel heavy?

Is it prickly?

What color is it?

What color does your heart feel today?

What is the temperature that it feels today?

And how does your body surrounding that heart feel?

And allowing any motions that come up,

Just to come up and let them go,

Allow them to flow through your body.

It's okay.

It's time to release anything that you need to,

Even if that's a giggle,

If it's a yawn,

Whatever your body feels called to do.

And then imagining your heart as this beautiful green light,

The chakra of green light that is in your heart space.

Feeling the healing of that green light,

Of that white light encapsulated around your heart.

What healing does your heart need today?

What would allow you to love a little bit more,

A little bit deeper?

What would allow you to love yourself a little bit more,

A little bit deeper?

What can you do for you to love you,

To care for you,

To make you the priority?

What would that be for you?

Into that,

I'm going to allow my voice to drift off for a moment and allow you just to sit with that heart and those feelings.

And as you're breathing in and out,

Just visualizing that green,

Beautiful glow of your heart chakra.

And when it's time,

We'll call you back.

All right,

Coming back into that heart chakra.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth and just feeling what needs to be felt in this moment.

And knowing that you are love,

You're made of love.

And so even if you're not feeling love,

Is there a way you could connect with that?

What would allow you to feel love?

Where do you need to open to feel love a little bit more than what you already do?

And putting your hands in your heart and maybe giving yourself a little squeeze and just thanking yourself for this time that you've taken for yourself and honoring yourself and all that you do for you.

And taking a moment just to give yourself gratitude and thanks for all you've done,

All you've overcome,

All that you've learned.

And remembering to give yourself thanks of the beautiful person that you are.

And taking one last breath into that heart space and through the nose and then out through the mouth.

Just wiggling your toes a little bit.

Wiggling your fingers.

Maybe you want to do a shimmy with your shoulders.

A little stretch.

Wiggling the hips.

Whatever feels good in your body.

Whatever slow movement would feel good for you.

Just slowly waking up that body and allowing yourself to come back to.

And as you slowly open your eyes to gather yourself for the rest of the day,

Maybe take a moment to journal and write a few pieces of gratitude on why you are thankful for you and who you are.

Have a wonderful,

Beautiful day.

Thank you for spending your time with me this morning and I hope you'll come back again.

Namaste.
