This is an experience of realizing and affirming the support and spaciousness that is always available to you. It's a practice of trusting that you do not have to hold on to be held. That you can relax back, let go, and trust that all is well and that you have everything you need. Intentionally letting go of what you're gripping or clinging to will create space for life to flow with more ease, creating inner harmony and peace. Thank you for Activating Your Inner Magic. Welcome to your practice.

As you begin to prepare,

There are a couple of questions that might open you to this experience of trust,

To this journey with trust today.

The first question is,

In what ways is a lack of trust keeping you from living your most authentic life?

The next question is,

How can I trust the timing and pace of my life's unfolding?

So just allow those words to reign over you,

Permeate your mind,

Your body,

Your spirit as you open yourself to this experience of trust,

This journey with trust.

So feeling into your physical body,

Just being aware of the space you're in,

Letting yourself arrive at this present moment,

All parts of you fully here right now,

Drawing all of your attention,

All of your focus,

All of your power to this right now moment.

And feeling into the support beneath you,

Placing your hand on whatever surface is supporting you right now and just allowing yourself to be aware of the support that's available to you right now.

All of the ways that your physical body feels supported,

Noticing what support is holding your body,

Physically holding you up,

Allowing your body to rest,

Assuming a comfortable position,

One that you can maintain for the duration of the practice.

Allowing your body to rest in this abode that you're creating for yourself,

This sacred space for your practice.

And with your hand on your heart,

Allowing yourself to sort of tune into the rhythm of your heartbeat,

Allowing your heartbeat to bring you into a further and deeper experience with your body and a further and deeper experience into now.

And as you tune it into the rhythm of your heart,

Just allowing all parts of you that are holding,

That are gripping to let go,

Trusting that you are deeply supported,

That you have everything you need.

Just relax back and let go.

Noticing if there's any gripping or holding in the physical body,

In your gut area,

In your thighs,

Maybe there's some holding in your shoulders or your chest,

Or in the lower back,

The upper back,

The neck and the shoulders.

Letting any tension go from the jaw,

From the space behind and around the eyes,

Relaxing the eyebrows,

Relaxing the forehead,

Whole body relaxed,

Whole body supported.

Tuning back into the rhythm of your heart,

Allowing your heartbeat to guide you through this brief experience with trust.

Noticing that the body is breathing and that there is no forcing or shaping that you have to do with the breath,

That it just comes naturally,

It flows in,

It flows out.

Just being with the ease of the breath right now,

This support system that you literally have to do nothing for,

You just get to receive,

Trusting that it will come,

Trusting that when it goes,

It will come again.

Just allowing your breath to be exactly what it is,

Exactly the quality that it's meant to be right now.

Noticing what sensations come up in the body as you feel into the trust,

Support within and outside of your body.

How does that feel trusting the support that you have available to you?

Noticing any sensations,

Noticing any thoughts that might have creeped into your experience,

Noticing where you might be holding still,

Breathing into those spaces,

Letting yourself go,

Letting go of any lingering impulses to hold or to grip,

Literally allowing yourself to fall apart,

Realizing that you don't have to hold yourself together,

That your beingness will be held even if you let go and feeling into the space that letting go creates,

Feel into the spaciousness,

Noticing how much space is created within you that exists within you always.

Resting in the spaciousness for a few more moments,

For nine spacious breaths,

Now placing your hand back on the support beneath you if that's available and if you're upright just bringing your attention towards your feet,

Toward the lower part of your body,

The part that's most connected to the earth and acknowledging the support,

Giving gratitude and appreciation for the support,

Slowly allowing the eyes,

The outer eyes to open,

Moving your head slowly to the right,

Eyes wide open,

Noticing,

Recognizing that there's more space than there are things and how this reflects your inner landscape as well,

As within,

So without,

Turning your head slowly scanning your environment to the left,

Noticing how spacious it is,

The spaces in between,

Bringing a gentle smile to your face,

Appreciating all of the support and all of the space that's always available to you and with your hand on your heart,

Thanking your heart for guiding you through this beautiful experience of affirming all that is true for you in this moment and every now moment,

Thank you for activating your inner magic with me today,

Thank you for your practice,

I felt like I truly relaxed into the cloud that holds me, and was surprised how much I was tensed, trying to hold myself up in the air. Various body parts let go more, by turns. Myesha, your specific words, voice, and the music all flowed together into the stream of trust, surrender, and letting go.
